I'm 36, and I can co-sign onto all of these. I'm embarrassed to admit I finally realized this year that you never get anything done if you don't start. I've always been a person who researches a lot and reads all the books, but all of that means nothing if you don't take action. I wish that had sunk in sooner because I've wasted a lot of time believing I was doing a lot, but actually getting nothing done. I thought I could skip the beginner stages by researching. But there is no skipping the beginner stages of anything, so suck it up and push through.

Things to remember 🦋🦋🩶🩶
🦋🦋
1. Never miss twice
2. No one is coming to save you
3. Be the practitioner
4. Understanding the WHY
5. Get rid of shit - declutter
6. Say YES to things that are hard
7. Stop trying to be happy all the time, strive to be content
8. Stop being angry with the past version of yourself
9. Health is wealth
I need to remember all of this 🥹

You have such a glow that I assumed you were late 20s, early 30s MAX. Keep doing what you're doing ❤

My wife died at 37, and my mother died in her 40s. Life is like a raindrop on a leaf, and all that. The trick is to give up wanting things and just do things. And stop arguing pointlessly on social media.

I am a whiner too. And sometimes I, when I find myself whining too much, I remind myself of these words from Lady Violet Grantham (from the Series Downton Abbey): “Edith, dear, you're a woman with a brain and reasonable ability. Stop whining and find something to do!“

I am 32 and this video just gave me the reassurance that life is meant to embrace it, learning from mistakes and make the best of it.

"never miss twice" is also just the best way to stay "fit" and get off "diet" culture -- which is all I saw growing up! What you do most days outweighs what you do sometimes. And it's a much more stable happy way to live. Great tips as always !

I realized about 5 years ago that I needed to get started on decluttering. Now at 66 I have amassed an enclosed front porch full of stuff to downsize. I'm waiting for the estate co. to set it up. If you are lucky enough to realize why you purchase the things you do before 40, that is a big help. For me it was childhood issues of not enough toys, shoes, clothes. I lost weight at one point and cleaned out 13 bags of clothes from over buying stuff. I'm leaving the decor crap at the store and now not purchasing clothes anywhere near as much. Thank you for today's video lady, have a great weekend 🎉.

Just a quick reminder, my grandma always said no time and no life is wasted as long as you served the ones you love, and she meant it. That includes not a selective love but everyone you loved. So if you're reading this message, don't feel regrets if youaybe couldn't accomplish certain thing in life, life once wasn't about accomplishments, it was about being grateful you were alive and that the ones you loved were present or you were able to love them.

I’m 47, but still need to hear this stuff. These items are a perfect way to check in with yourself, and see where you need to make changes. Thanks for breaking it down in a doable and encouraging way! ❤

Super quality and helpful list here! Great job on putting it all together in this video, awesome stuff!!!!

The most important takeaway is to take full ownership of your life by consistently showing up and doing the work, rather than waiting for circumstances or others to change your situation.

I really love all of this but I did want to add a point to number 10. You worked extremely hard for a degree that put you ahead in life (despite the debt) and allows you to focus on the present now! I think it's hard for those who don't have doctorates and stable careers to focus on the present when everything else feels so unstable! I guess this is also my logic for slaving my 20's away for a doctorate.

Im 66 now and wish I'd had access to your sage advice when I was struggling in my 20's and 30's. After saving myself in my mid 50's and being persistent at taking care of myself, I can now say Im content and more than content most days. I am now safe, healthier and determined to live the shit out of what years I have left! Thanks for all your content. You really do a great job and following you and a few other fine ladies on tube really is something I look forward to each week!

I've just turned 27. So glad I found your channel. You have genuinely helped me become more financially aware & responsible. Thank you!

Damn that part about the whining I was the same in pharm school and it didn’t hit me til recently but my dad would always be like “you’re the only one in school? You’re the only one with a job?” And he’s right we’re all struggling but it’s better to go at it with a good mindset than whining and making yourself a victim. Turning 32 great advice and video :)

@SusieeGt 4 days ago

You have helped me so much! Im turning 31 next year and I feel like I'm ready to take my power back in my 30s all my money mistakes were in my 20s and I've learned!

I was about to go into an I NEED makeup loophole last night and felt so anxious and then I remembered your videos and I was like nope.. don't need it nope I have this I have that, etc...

Honestly before your videos I would've gone all the way into convincing myself it was worth the ''sale'' or ''need''.

THANKS!
