Hey great video, can you make a video on stretching and warmup?

Hey brotha awesome video, I have a few questions for you though. I have been recently struggling with injuries to my shoulders due to them both being hypermobile, with growth plate issues in my throwing arm and dislocations along with permanent fractures and tears in my glove arm. All my time playing baseball I have always been in love with pitching. I a very wild pitcher as a kid but I had the velo. Last time I tested out pitching which was when I was 14 I was sitting 78 I have never really got a chance to play the position though do to my wild pitches. I haven't truly got into pitching like I wish I could I have been a catcher for a few years now but still am truly in love with pitching. I planned to start pitching this year during my travel ball season but I was stopped by injuries. My question for you is with all my shoulder issues when I get back from recovery should I even try to start pitching again or should I just stay at catcher. I will always love pitching but I just want to know if my injuries will hold me back and  cause me to miss more of my seasons I have left. Also if so my issue with being wild while pitching seems to be me pulling my head and having a late arm. When I finish my motion my head pulls towards my left with me being a righty and causes me to miss. I feel like a big part of this to is being very tight during my motion. Also I have been stuck at 78 for a long time now here are my current benchmarks with lifting I also can no longer do benchpress just to mention because of shoulder injuries. Squat 320 for 3 reps, Trap Deadlift 405 for 3 reps, Bench (Can no longer do) 225 for 3 reps. I am currently 5'10 185 pounds 15 y/o. Please let me know if you can help me with this decision and I appreciate you for taking the time to read such a long comment. God Bless You!

Are you Squat and Deadlift twice your BW? 😮

And do you stretch after or bevore training?

I’ve watched so many videos and this is by far the most helpful one, as a 14 year old who got cut from the freshman baseball team, this is exactly what I need, and I have a question, should I invest in a radar gun?

What do you do for impulse work?  continue to keep in the slow lifts and add in like jumps, sprints?

So I'm curious what you would do in my position. I didn't play high school, and I can walk onto my community college in September as a sophomore. I'm playing in a summer league this year. I'm 18, 5'8, 145lbs, Bench 170lbs, squat 450lbs, deadlift 375lbs, top out at 80mph. Throw FB, CUT, CB, SL, CH. Should I work to get on that college team in this short amount of time, or just play casually? I really love to play and want to play at a high level, but I feel it's out of the cards. Maybe I just have the wrong mindset?

Very informative video. A lot to think about. Would you recommend this regiment for a 14 year old? My son is pitching at 60 mph but his younger brother pitches at 73 (highest messured, avg at 65). What can they do to increase their speed without hurting themselves?

what do you recommend I do to throw harder? I’m 16 years old in my junior year, I’m 6’4 200 and I only throw high 70’s despite deadlifting 455, benching 300, and squatting 425. Is there something obvious that I’m missing?

5x5, how many sets of 5?

Velocity is genetic!
It is produced by the difference in percentage of fast twitch (type 2) muscle fibers and Slow twitch (type 1) muscle fibers within particular kinetic chains. This info is codified and only small improvements can be made by fitness and mechanics! All else is savvy marketing technique with no merit !!!
