How will they ever curb shoplifting when magistrates give out a slap on the wrist to offenders, especially repeat offenders! Police do a great job but are constantly let down by the courts!

Well done to the police officers saving the security guys life …they were brilliant.

Poor security fella. I hope his employer is treating him decently.

Would love to know what the judges’ logic was when he gave prolific thief Joe a 12-month suspended sentence . Think he’d think differently if he had to work for a time in the shops Joe robs😏

Could tell how concerned that PCSO's colleague was when he was on that woodlands chase and then said he was having rocks thrown at him "Cole where are ya!"

Brave fella to pursue that alone.

Joe is well known to police for being a prolific shoplifter.. Joe gets a slap on the wrists each time until he nearly murders someone. Joe should have been locked up years ago. Welcome to Britain people 👍

Great sentence handed down by the courts for (I assume) the Polish shoplifter, and also for the quick thinking officers who saved the security guard's life!

A nice change to see in law enforcement would be that if you're proven guilty of a crime, each "No Comment" adds an extra 3 months to their sentence.

The security guard couldn’t have be a nicer guy. I’m happy he pulled through. 44:06

If it carries on like this, there won't be any shops. Everything will be like Ocado.

We need longer tougher hmp sentences in the uk for thieves

5:40 Nice to see the ambulance bother themselves to arrive!! Remind me why the NHS have such a huge budget but are appalling in most areas? As an aside, I’ve seen plenty of ambulances with blue lights on, being overtaken on the motorway by HGVs because they’re going that slowly!! Hearses go faster!!

The Security guard did his job - his colleagues and especially the Police saved his life - the dangerous criminal got a proper sentence 👍👍. Security guard put a heck of a bit of weight on during his out of action time.
