Billions must rewatch

“Somehow, Despot’s Nolan Review returned”

They fail to understand that every time they copyright strike the video, they just give us one more occasion to rewatch the video and laugh again.

"If I make it non-linear, few people will notice the plot is ass. If I make it all gray, it will look very mature." The pinnacle of cinema right here.

"I didn't hear any bells"- Despot of Antrim.

Okay okay i will watch it this time before its removed AGAIN

I can finally understand this video on the 3rd rewatch just like tenet

Return inception. Just like Nolan would have wanted.

Maybe the take-downs and reposts are, like, intentional, to give us an unsettled Nolan effect! Brilliant!

Heres to a video that will stay up forever

Fine Despot. Ill watch it for the 2nd and a half time

3rd time is the charm
youtube needs to be punished for their disregard of fair use

Yay it's back, I was almost halfway through when it got taken down.

I admire your perseverance, Mr. Despot.

Hopefully the third time will be the charm for this to stay up

Excellent critique, excellent work getting it back up repeatedly

Finally back up! Hell yeah, hope they don’t remove it this time

Finally it’s back!…i have been trying to watch it  for the past two times

The thing about Nolan is that his films don't stand up to repeated viewing.  Once you know the resolution, that's pretty much it... the novelty's worn off.  Horror movies can bear repeated watching because the story is about creative means of dispatching "teenagers" with gardening equipment, and mysteries can be watched again because the puzzle is the selling point and it's interesting to see how things combine over time.  But with Nolan, one wonders aloud "wait, why did that happen?" because so many of them are based in convenience and coincidence.
