97 bret hart is probably some of the best work ever done. SCSA and HBK needed someone like bret to bring that realism to life. 97 had a realist feel to it and it was so important for the attitude era.

I haven't seen this guy in like 30 years. My favorite dentist

Props to Vault for putting Yankem in the title and not Kane or Glen Jacob’s just for clicks

Definitely need more table for 3! Great series.

I love how Bret just started eating like "ugh let's get this done and over with!"

I love that Bret finished his plate in the first 3 minutes of the show!

Bret Hart is the absolute GOAT!

Glen is right, Bret is sorely underrated as an entertainer. There is this enduring myth that he didn't have very good mic skills, but I think there is a lot of evidence to blow this out of the water.

I love the fact that Bret is like, "Tell your stories, im hungry." in the beginning.

Could watch this for 3 hours! Despite how celebrated Bret Hart is being the first ever 3 time Hall Of Famer etc, he's still underrated for his incredible contributions in my opinion. He made wrestling for me.

The respect between the three of them is awesome. ❤

I think it's very humble and heartwarming of Bret and Lawler to allow Dr. Isaac Yankem to share the table with them.

OG WWE Network with all these unique shows was the best time to be a fan. It was a sad day when everything moved to peacock and the original stuff largely came to an end. Thankfully WWE Vault brings back a little bit of the charm of the old network.

Kane still got those big biceps

"Helen's wearing some beautiful antique earrings tonight... she got 'em when they were new" "I heard Helen Hart went into an antique store, and they kept 'er" 😂

You so rarely see Bret grin or crack a smile, so it's nice to see his face light up when he starts talking about matches and spots he enjoyed.

44 years old and now only just realising that Isaac Yankem (I Yank'em) was a pun :D

Bret and Lawler had a good feud. I love the story Bret told once in an interview about their match at Summerslam '93. When Lawler hit Bret with the crutch, he really hurt Bret. Bret was legit pissed and placed Lawler in the sharpshooter and sat in a deep squat. Afterwards, Lawler was hurting so bad he literally crawled from the ring back to the dressing room (lol.)

I remember when Dean Ambrose was with a psychologist and saw a picture of Kane, and he yelled TOOTHPASTE! lmao

Bret “Hit Man” Hart and Jerry “The King” Lawler were like Tom and Jerry,
it was hard to know what was a work or a shoot. - Nostalgia

Im so thankful that I was born in the 80's. The WWE literally grew up with my generation. I was a young kid during the new generation, a teen for the attitude era, in my 20's for the ruthless aggression era, and a father for the PG era.
