Of course the Wolves are happy about the Lion's return. Unlike an enemy, a rival is still an ally at the end of the day, and true warriors want their rivals to flourish, because a great rivalry keeps both sides sharp and competitive.

It is my headcanon that dinosaurs were killed by a stray shot from War in Heaven.

The entire Galaxy is Calaban now. He is killing all the beasts of old night again.

We seriously need to get a story of Lion el'Jonson and Guilliman meeting. Games workshop you have had years at this point. Though I also want to see both of the primarchs talk to Bjorn the fell handed since that would be fun.

I'm convinced another part of why the Space Wolves are so happy The Lion is back is also because they believe in the tied fates between him and Lemen. I wouldn't be shocked if some genuinely believed "Wait... Uncle Lion'El is back? DAD MUST BE ON HIS WAY! NO WAY HE'D LET THE LION SHOW HIM UP IN HIS QUEST FOR GLORY!"

So you know it is suspected that the Emperor's backup plan for bringing Mars into compliance was the Dark Angels. And now in 40k the machnicus are planning sedition and the Lion is Back at the head of his legion. This could be interesting

Granted while Bjorn's last memory of the lion might be him stabbing Russ in the chest I could also easily see Russ having talked to Bjorn about how that helped heal the relationship between him and Lion

Dante was the happiest to see him cause that’s a little less of everything on the completely fubared side of the imperium being hung of his shoulders!

The Space Wolves get it. They may have bad blood with the Dark Angels but they know the Lion is here to kick ass for the home team

That's a bad day when you come to collect your quarterly human and animal tribute payment and find the lion waiting for you 😂

Khorn is probably very happy. Lion bashing Angron's head with the Emperor's shield must have been a treat for him.

21:24 it doesn't bring him into conflict with Lion because Lion encouraged him to keep his title and duty.

I imagine the Lion fighting alongside some Space Wolves and acting like this serious uncle that shows you some skills and other stuff, takes you to interesting places and silently is proud about you just being there and growing up. He might get mad at you because he sees his own brother in you but that's part of the love too.

6 or 7 custodes are what the emperor deemed necessary to subdue lorgar! For the stronger primarchs like Russ and the lion, there would need to be more than 7

51:15 The Lion, The Witch and The Cupboard 😂

I think that terrible thing in the Lion's future is ties to the forest and what secrets remain there.

I would like to see some lore development on the primarchs but in relation to the other factions. W40K is always going to be space marine heavy relative to other factions, but the Lion and Gulliman have a lot of unique interactions with other factions that should be explored. If the Lion is on this redemption arc of the Risen and he learns of the Death Company / the Black Rage, what will he do? When he learns of how far gone the Wulfen are, what will be do? If he CAN forest walk past the rift between Imperiums and is therefore virtually the only person who can cross it, what will he do? If Russ or Vulcan or Dorn or Corvus come back, how will the Lion treat them knowing he has changed so much and they might still remember the other guy?

Personally, I think the next big one to come back is Corvus. He's currently just terrorizing the entire warp as a one does and he'll probably show up with Lorgar as opponents so we get a Word Bearers / Ravenguard dynamic. It will be interesting to learn where the primarchs have been seeing as how they're currently the links to most of the lore development now. They've all been gone for 10K years (insert Illidan quote), I know Vulcan was cooking something up. Can't wait to see! BLOOD FOR THE EMPEROR! SKULLS FOR THE EMPEROR! KILL HORUS FOR THE GOLDEN THRONE!

The wood between the worlds is CS Lewis, Narnia, its the magicians nephew and the wood between the worlds is where i go in my head to meditate. Brilliant writer.

11:15 Imagine kicking the door in like a dad on a Primarch and going "Oi! Who are you talking to?!"

If the wolfs know big pappa smurf must know that lion is back
