How many "Weaker" Gym Leaders can beat Pryce?

Pryce is often considered one of the weakest Gym Leaders in all of Pokemon, with a combination of being low levelled, using weak Pokemon, and having absolutely atrocious move coverage.
Which got me thinking... just how many Gym Leaders could beat him?

Secret QOTD: Ice Gym Leaders are usually found in the late game, if you were creating an early game Ice Gym Leader, what would their team look like? & What TM would the use?

I think what we've learned is that if Pryce had virtually any other Ice type instead of Seel he'd be much more threatening.

Imagine him with Cloysyer or Jynx

What we're learning here is that Dewgong is a deceptively difficult Pokémon, that things was the hardest one to beat in most every battle.

Maybe do the opposite challenge and see how many leaders Pryce can pull a win against.

For Whitney, what if you encore the Seel into hail, then set up rollout?

“Those gym leaders have actually good teams? I better keep my ass in my gym or I’m finished!!!”

Well, he’s got a fire fit with the cane, coat and scarf, so that’s gotta count for something.

The Pryce slander is hilarious but valid af. Johto really messed up the new mons so much that they gave morty a gen 1 ace

This was a really fun idea for a challenge! I'd love to see it again with some other Gym leaders, they don't even have to be especially weak ones, though the fact that even the early game leaders can stand a chance is a lot of fun.

barely started watching the video and id love if you went through all the weirdly weak gym leaders.

Pryce is so garbage that he has his own tier in Scott's Thoughts videos below F tier XD

Hilarious that this guy was the main villain of the GSC manga

I was about to say wow, DP Fantina had a Gengar? Jeez! But then I remembered... oh yeah, Pt Fantina is the 3rd gym leader 😅

There are a few channels out there who do "can X gym leader/E4 member/rival actually beat all the required fights to reach their final official rank?"

But I haven't seen any channels doing this kind of video with the inverted concept, it's cool! I'll watch any more follow ups to the series! Maybe do some polls for which other leaders people think are weak?

This is really cool, I used to make custom saves of all the gym leaders and set them up on a bunch or R4 cards to make my own tournaments in a way. This reminds me of that.

Just wait until he gets his World Tournament team

So excited to see the Pryce bit put to the test! Glad to know that if we get as far as ranking seventh Gyms, we'll have a video to point folks towards as evidence for some of our observations.

I'd argue for Misty to be in E tier, it is TECHNICALLY possible with lucky water pulse confusions

I love seeing original pokemon video concepts! This video is so cool and well thought. Feels similar to a video I did trying to beat the champion before every badge lmao. Subbed!
