Do around the fur next bro

Abe cunningham is an awesome drummer! He was heavy into hip hop from what i remember. Guitarist (steph) was into metal, singer (chino) was into depech mode and the cure, bands like that. The bassist (chi) was into punk, older style metal and reggae. Def a unique sound and they know how to build up in a song

Bro, Deftones catalog is so diverse, no two albums really sound the same but we appreciate their growth and innovation along their journey which becomes ours. I’ve been a fan since this album back in 95, I’ll be 42 next month and they are still my favorite band. I’d say don’t judge the band wholly by one album because you’d miss something on the next album. Deftones are genre-less because they cultivated their own, as the cliche goes, “You don’t listen to Deftones you experience them

Starting at the beginning is a good idea.  You’ll be blown away by their growth album to album.  Best band ever ❤️

22:08 they keep playing with your what?😭

Deftones really like their instrumentals and make the guitar, bass, and especially drums shine on their tracks and which is why you can hear it so much. Abe is great

Im so glad you started with this album. So many reactors start with White Pony and then move onto their newer stuff and miss out on this heat. All of their albums are good, but they're all different. That's why you'll never see people agree on what the best deftones album is. My favourites are Around The Fur and this one. You definitely should just do them in order if you're going to do more, and Around The Fur is a must. Just make sure you're energised before listening to it because it's definitely going to get you out of your seat. Also, if you like this album and Around The Fur, you'll probably like KoRn. Definitely listen to their albums in order, too, starting with their self titled. It's so fire. Also, when you said you want to react to some of this stuff, live you 100% have to watch KoRn play Blind at Woodstock 99. It goes so god danm hard, bro. Please DON'T research the album beforehand when you do KoRn's self-titled. I feel like it's something you should just go into blind and listen to because there is some real shit in there and I'd rather see a genuine first time without context reaction to it.

I think you must try all Deftones albums in chronological order. So you can see and taste how they changed throughout the years. And they all so fuckin awesome. You gonna love them all

Diamond eyes is another good album that’s heavy like this by deftones as well

the last song was a bonus/secret track that wasnt listed on the cd

Love this album but Around the Fur and White Pony are next level. Just listen to them all in order. It’s a journey

Definitely check out Around the Fur or White Pony after this

40:17 the singer chino moreno actually has a song based on batman. it’s called brief exchange, it’s gas

52:15 some real beautiful stuff right here.  A glimpse into their future maybe

Adrenaline isn't their best work to be honest but please please do more Deftone albums they literally never miss with a single album. Close your eyes and throw a dart and you'll land on bangers. I'd love to see how you reaction to their self-titled album and white pony if you like heavy guitar and atmosphere.

7 Words: “You have the right to remain silent”

Song is about police brutality

Bro you gotta listen to Korn songs I would react to blind, trash, got the life, Mr. Rogers, good god, shoots and ladders. Also if you don’t wanna ruin it for yourself then don’t listen to daddy. Good luck 🫡

if you want a drum solo, or just overall amazing drums, listen to slipknots self titled album. Its honestly their best work and has a drum solo in one of the songs so i think you ll enjoy it a lot

First album? It's their best album.
