I was confused on not seeing gen. 8
Till I remember that was a tournament and no elite four.

I think Flapple being on Haseel's team is clever, since he's a teacher. And it's a stereotype to give teachers apples. The fact that it's part dragon is the icing on the apple pie.

Technically, the BB Elite Four is a second Unova Elite Four since BB Academy is in Unova.

One of the reasons I love the Paldea elite 4 is because while they don't have individual interesting rooms, we get the 4 interacting with each other, something I don't think we've ever seen in the past, and never during the battles against them.

Woah woah woah! An unexpected Christmas gift from Ari with the Elite four members in all pokemon games ranked? Now that's a nice present for Christmas!

12:14 You dare disrespect the trumpets?!😮😮😮😮

I really like Caitlin. She has an amazing design. And I don't think she's the least interesting at all. She has some REALLY cool lore.

As some people already know,  Caitlin's buttler Darach used to be the one that had battles in her behalf in gen 4. But the reason for this is the interesting part. This was like that because she wasn't allowed to have battles on her own because she was too dangerous.

Caitlin's family was concerned about her psychic abilities, driven by her emotions, getting out of control. Her psychic powers were too powerful and they feared that she could unintentionally get too carried away or frustrated during a battle and end up REALLY hurting someone.

But she managed to control her psychic powers later on and thanks to that she became part of the Unova elite four.

Also, controlling her psychic powers takes a lot of energy from her, which is why she's always sleepy.

Blue: I am the most powerful trainer in the world!
Red:...You haven't beaten me once. What makes you think this time will be any different?

The Paldea Elite Four are easily the most fleshed out.

Koga having a Forretress makes a lot of sense due more to Koga's ninja arts than his poison typing. The idea of a bagworm/clam acting as a giant stash of powers and abilities like laying down caltrops and  exploding is definitely up a Ninja's arsenal.

Another Aramau video? Yes, please. I can hear the saxophone already.

22:22 "but whose her mom" Come now, we know that all characters in Pokemon only have one parent who raised them by themselves, with the other only alluded too if not mentioned at all. Except for Gen 3, which had an Eldritch Being trying to pretend to be a Normal Man Gym Leader

28:30 Utter lie! You later learn that despite Amarys barely showing any emotions, she's the one that was the most worried about Kieran's attitude cause she has a crush on him! Also Crispin's running gag is that he's the ONLY elite 4 member that asks what'll happen to him since he's been beaten and that he was threatened to be kicked out due to the main trainer becoming the new BB champion. Or was until things didn't change. So he almost lost his spot as a BB Elite 4 trainer.

26:33 has me feeling absolutely VINDICATED. Shauntel is actually my favourite Pokemon character period since I first saw her in B/W. Ghost writer, who has a lamp as her ace. Actually genius!

PRAISE THE FIERY SECRETARY FOR SHE HAS RETURNED!!!

6:06 my headcanon for why Bruno has to Onixs is that he uses them for Battle Rope exercise

On Hoenn, it's funny you mention swapping Fire... because I'm pretty sure Flannery says her Grandfather WAS part of the Elite 4.

I get you girl. As someone who just started taking blood pressure medicine, I definitely feel different. I’m not eating as much, I get sleepy way too much and I feel sore all over.

7:05 second that

I really like Flint. Having a team themed around an idea (fire/hot) rather than the actual type is something I wish they did more of.
