[Recipe] *Serving 1
80g-90g Pasta
1 clove of garlic
Slightly more than 1 tablespoon olive oil
1/6 sliced ​​onion
1 fresh tomato
30g-50g Gorgonzola dessert
1-2 tablespoons heavy cream
Grated cheese, to taste
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fried onion, to taste

[Directions]
1. Add olive oil and crushed garlic to a cold frying pan and heat to bring out the aroma.
2. Once the garlic has browned slightly, add the sliced ​​onion, lightly salt, and fry.
3. Add peeled and roughly chopped fresh tomatoes and simmer, crushing them.
