Nearly 40 years now, and the costume and mask look x100 better than anything recent.

This is why the first Predator is THE best PREDATOR.

@9:39 - Actually the person who was first in the red suit, was Jean Claude Van Damme. But due to his height (5'9"), compared to the rest of the cast (at least 6 ft.), his constant complaints about the suit being too hot, and wanting to be seen on camera OUT of the suit, he was replaced with Kevin Peter Hall.

None of the sequels were able to have even half of the cultural impact as the first film did. The timing, the story and the ensemble cast made this movie basically impossible to follow.

And now everything is CG. Nothing beats the real costume.

😊 Predator 1987 is still iconic in 2025 for a nostalgic rewatch as the story , direction , casts , weapons used & the slow but satisfying introduction of this abandoned Yautja Warrior is worth the rewatch ... Arnie at his best as a military commando leader role in this forbidden jungle hunting then being hunted as both predator & prey is still immersive to watch ... Can't believed this 1987 Predator movie is 38 years ago if counting from 5thDec2025! Thank You So Much for sharing the nostalgia among us royal fans in around the world! 🎉✨💕🍑💐🌿🌏✌️🕊️👾
