Good video 👍

Great video. I'm doing my test on the 19th of this month and it was really good to hear an honest opinion of how it went.
There are a few things I need to work on over the next couple of weeks and my U-turn is one of them.
Looking forward to seeing your video of when you pass. 😁👍
Best of luck with everything. Hopefully I'll pass mine too.

Sorry to hear it didn't go according to plan. My advice is to go into the test full of confidence. You can ride, you just need to show them you can ride. Reapply as soon as possible. You'll fly it.

Apply again as soon as possible. You have nowridden the circuit aand know tthe weak points so work on that. You will sail through on the next one.Your a confident and welll able  to ride . So all the best to you for the next time

Fabulous well done Walter,so positive, you will slay it next time ,I did my full test in 1998 ,passed first time but completely different to now ( tester followed me in a VW golf )

Unlucky buddy. Passed first time 21 yes ago, but they were different tomte o suppose. You'll get it next time, and they will be the best feeling ever. Have been all over Europe and that's when you appreciate having the freedom to fuck off for a few weeks. The test is only a formality. Real life riding is a complete different story. Every ride id a fight for life mostly. Had one bad accident where I had a 3 month hospital stay, but never stopped Mr getting leg over the saddle. Enjoy and stay safe

In clonmel tester asked if my bike was left or right hand drive, then cancelled test because bikes vrc didn't have the bikes power printed, thats why i got my motorcycle dealer to state bikes power on a rubber stamped letter, nope not accepting that he said,i have bikes declaration of conformity with bikes power stated, nope didn't even glance at it,wait theres more,i was waiting four and a half years for that test, mate of mine six years, some country and they wonder why so many drive/ride on bare metal!

Fair play on the positivity and comments on the tester, its a testement to you, the right attitude. There is no way around it, its a win because of your attitude. When things are a challenge, when you overcome them when your ready, you then look back on it as actually easy.
The nerves thing the whole bit on rented bike etc. Look man alot of us on bikes are nureodivergent, excuse the spelling! Standard based tests dont fit all, its in my opinion this needs to be adressed. But never will. Its a faulty system. Victimhood etc is encouraged on thw one hand. Fellas are out surviving irish roads with yrs, sharp, navigating everything, spotting everything, usring logic and then coming up on the test and its putting them in an unsafe situation. Notice how you dread it, the releif when its done, its like having all your shit together and still freaking out when you see a cop, its an inherant problem of standardized blanket, one size fits all mentallity. The whole system needs upgrading. I wouldnt mind doing my ibt as an intro to a further 1500 euro bootcamp interactive type thing where they take you in under the wing and at the end you get your licence and you experience the magic of comerodary and riding skills. Its like the standard based apprentiships, its a total mess, practicallity gone out the window.
Look fellas are putting off the dreaded test and its kicked down the road and you will lay for your ibt refresher just to kick it down the road. Thats not to say its not on the rider, its the attitude it breeds, maybe im wrong but when somthing is off like that, useually somewhere in the middle is right. Im sick of seeing older guys on bikes with yrs with a tatty L bib.

I took the test today and also did not pass but it sounds like my examiner wasn't a fraction as pleasant as yours 😂

I have been following you on YouTube  for awhile. I will be doing my test in Waterford  soon myself. So sorry to hear you didn't  pass the test. Better luck next time. 🤞

How long does it take till u're allowed to take another test?
