Joker and Harley flirting and roleplay in Shadow making Joker's asylum tapes canon is probably the best joke this series has ever made to me atleast

The canon titan ending is scarecrow. That’s how he managed to survive and float his way into Arkham city (this is mentioned in the Arkham city stories) it also says that bane swam to the swore the was restrained by Arkham guards and that Croc was just lured out of lair by tyger guards and taken to Arkham City.

Arkham Shadow casually carrying the entire Arkham timeline on its back. Fixing a canonicity issue from asylum AND mentioning origins blackgate IN THE SAME TAPE?

I didn't realise that the Joker/Harley tape from Shadow actually references one of the detective cases in Origins Blackgate where Harley steals cheese cans from the canteen in Blackgate

"Protocol 10 never happened in arkham city"

It’s all canon,Arkham asylum Arkham city it’s all thr same once your locked in -joker thug

jokers tapes are his interviews with dr young. you're thinking of harley's tapes

I think the comic of Victor zssaz going after the nurse is  cannon to the arkham asylum game.

For the Riddler trophies, I always wait until near the end when Joker invites you to his party with all the fireworks and such. Just made the most sense to me that Batman would collect them then as there's no emediate threat going on. Joker's just waiting for you to turn up.

As for the post credit scenes, I always figured that any of those endings could be potential canon for different reasons: Croc's indicating that he escaped his cell in the sewers, Bane surviving getting hit with the batmobile and Scarecrow barely surviving his encounter with Croc.

I think the boxes being addressed to villains is not really that needs to be fixed. It could just be Joker planning to send booby trapped gifts to expose villains to Titan, but Batman defeating him stops that from happening and the gift boxes are never sent out.

His plan does include creating an army of Titan monsters after all and he was willing to give it to other super villains like Poison Ivy

Short answer: whatever can be explained away is canon.

12:49 At least some of the riddles have to be canon because Batman references that he knows Ra’s is dead which is a reference to finding his body in the morgue

12:15 I disagree I feel like it could be chalked down to him cleaning up the trophies but it’s also funny to think about him genuinely humouring riddler it’s the only way to make sense of lines later on in city and knight

The only contradiction with Road to Arkham Asylum is that, despite Sarah Cassidy encountering Batman, she doesn't believe he exists when she meets him in the game

One detail about the bios that I find really cool is that atleast with Harvey Dent, Arkham shadow actually doesn't contradict his Bio at all, they didn't need to respect the asylum bio but they did and that's cool

Great video! Upon rewatching this a few times, two possibilites came to mind about the riddles and trophies.

1: Batman finds the maps and the police do the work

2: Batman returns to the island on the night after

Batman certainly catches all the ridler trophies, it makes sense for this strange universe

Best way to see if Story/Riddle/Side-Mission is Canon:
Just read the "Arkham Stories" that you unlock in the games by scanning certain Riddles/Places.
Those Stories usually confirm or de-confirm whatever Non-Main-Story interaction you've experience.

(Calander Man escaping after you visit him on the 12 dates GETS referenced in a Story in Arkham Knight, reciting his tought process and kill-plans until Halloween. The Arkham City Comics coincide with the Arkham City stories of some rare events [Joker getting banned from the iceberg lounge, the Broker selling hideouts to criminals, etc...], and also gives us a clue as to HOW Strange's TYGER Guards were so adept "in-lore" to Batman's gadgets. Said story also reassures us that batman DID find the secret room in Asylum.)

About the Challenge Maps, I think the WayneTech track maps are canon too.

I think the riddles are cannon, Riddler just keeps hacking your comms over and over again and tends to do this at obvious points when he sees Batman is near them.
