She would be a dope character for marvel rivals

These mixtures is what my children are. I’m Cambodian American and my child’s mother is African American. They need to promote more of these characters. I would love to hear Aaron Chord’s story as well. There’s another character named Thommanom amongst others that are of Cambodian origin

As a young disabled man, I’m always happy to see more disabled characters we are so underrepresented.

New Warriors got me into comics. I loved how Silhouette made use of her crutches in her martial arts.

Sil was always an interesting character, back around her debut. Representation wasn't as heavyheavy-handed back then as it is now, but she was a valuable member of the Marvel Universe...

Seeing this video on Sil just makes me want Night Thrasher to be made viable in the comics again and get introduced in live action Marvel media.

Wow! You are grabbing 90s obscure black characters and I'm here for it! Keep bringing the best people of color in comics!

I like the fact that she a mutant and doesn't need to be around mutants just to say (hey I'm a mutant)

"Echo" would be a good show to introduce her in.

Previous New Warriors series was canceled prior to release because of the writer's comments on Twitter. Damn shame, because the N.W. is one of my favorite groups.

Man, took me waaay back to high school days with Silhouette and The New Warriors, they were MY team and I fell in love with Bagley’s artwork ESPECIALLY with story arc where Sphynx took over and made all heroes Black/African… 🥲 🥰. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

Being a mutant w/ the surname "Cord", I wonder if Silhouette is possibly related to "Radian" (aka Christian Cord--who's a mutant w/ "light powers")? I just hope she gets more shine in the Marvel universe, because she's a woefully underrated character. I think it'd be cool if she was mor in an "Oracle" role (from DC comics). And just like how Babs was still a kick-ass fighter, even when paralyzed, Sil would be even better (plus she'd have mutant powers to assist her in both fights & information brokering).

@SoulStarSketchin 4 years ago

Oh yes I remember her well. She was a more unique character with a handicap that I always thought was pretty original. Another character Marvel needs to use way more

Thank you so much for this. Silhouette is a very under rated hero.

A Blasian super hero! Nice!!! And I love Denyce Lawton. My first Blasian crush from way back in 2001.

Omg the superhero khmer :o

The Name is a winner. There is a cute girl booktuber who said her favorite word was Silhouette, so it's a hit. Good writers can make any character great, so it's only a matter of time
