I think the healthiest thing you can do for yourself is to stop nitpicking every little part of you. If a certain body part being off by a millimeter is something that constantly jumps out at you, it's not a sign of good self-esteem or selfcare. "No matter where you go, there you are." If all you do is critique in your own mind, you'll never be satisfied.
Healthy habits, hygiene, and small adjustments are all fine and good. But constantly chasing dramatic, permanent changes increases the odds of dramatic, permanent consequences.
Dental decay has a very specific smell. I'd bet my left nut that this is "veneer breath"; just a cute rebrand of tooth decay. Tonsil stones are similar, but not the same. Smoker's breath + dental decay + yesterday's booze is quite the combo to hit the nostrils first patient of the day.
All these peeps will end up with dentures in the end just like my mother who spent enough on her teeth over the years that she could have completely purchased a nice house, with cash no mortgage and I’m not exaggerating. Veneers ruin ur real teeth the end up having to get pulled twenty to thirty years later. There’s a financial upkeep on them it’s not a pay one and done deal like people believe
The glue they used is not safe…. The dental used industrial GLUE…. it get in you blood stream and may caused cancer in your stomach ,throat, ect., also what they used for impressions, when they removed all your teeth .screws are in place ..May damage nerves …US need to get investigation …
In the 80's I got veneers from a dentist for my four front teeth. They were just one sided glued to my teeth 🦷. They eventually fell/snapped off. I remember going to a lot of appointments to get the color right. I know the dentist was milking my Mom's insurance. To this day I hate that guy. And my mouth has been a cash cow to all the dentist's I have gone to over the decades. Had plenty of crowns after root canals, not cheap. Dental heath is more important than vanity and ego.
Nothing the woman in the white sweater said was accurate. She needed braces, not veneers! They are expensive and will need to be replaced years down the road because the gumline will naturally recede a bit, or they may crack. If you are not willing to brush and FLOSS your teeth every single day, your gumline will thin and recede much faster, and the veneer edges will be much more visible, and the teeth much more sensitive. Crown lengthening is done when the gums are too low and the crown too short. It is imperative that you keep them extremely clean or they will not heal properly and the veneers will irritate them further. So many things wrong with what she claimed.
There’s nothing like ur real teeth, best believe that and once u start messing with ur real teeth, nothing but problems straight ahead with them for ever
