In this video, I'll be trying to answer:
Who are Justice and how did they form?
What genre is Justice's music and how did they influence the electro scene?
How did Justice blend rock and electronic music in their debut album?
What is the significance of Justice’s iconic cross symbol?
Why is Justice's Cross album considered groundbreaking in electronic music?
How did Justice influence artists like Skrillex and the Brostep scene?

What’s your favorite Justice record? 🙏

The fact Justice won a Grammy for a remix of Electric Feel, but MGMT never did, is insane to me

Justice deserves SO MUCH more credit. Good to see a video on them

Been with these dudes since the beginning. Same with Daft Punk. There’s something in the French water.

I became wheelchair bound in 2008 and the last show i went to that i could dance to fully was Justice on there cross tour. Never danced harder than i did that night. And gotta say it was the best way to go out on my dancing journey.

I've been seeing justice be brought up more and more recently especially with the slight indie sleaze revival and it makes me really happy. They're really amazing.

For what it's worth, i feel Soulwax should get an honorable mention as well. I put them in the trinity of rock driven electronic music alongside Justice and Daft Punk. Especially since Soulwax actually incorporate traditional rock instruments as a whole band during live shows.

That's the first time I've heard someone pronounce Mr Oizo's name and I was not wearing a seatbelt to protect me from that whiplash

Now I realize why I like them. I used to listen to rock, alternative, and metal until them :) They take rock and transforms them into something incredible, which has truly expand my musical horizons

11:10 I remember Kid Cudi didn't authorise the release of this music video and put out a really angry blog post about it lmao, there's an archive link on the wikipedia article

As a huge Daft Punk fan who got into Justice a year after discovering Daft Punk, THANK YOU for this video! Love to see/hear people talking about these artists. I never got to see Alive 2007 or Justice's first tour since i was too young, but i finally saw Justice during this Hyperdrama tour and it was incredible! Prior to those two, i was heavily into pop-punk and rock music as a whole. So hearing tracks like Rollin and Scratchin + Waters of Nazareth made for such a smooth transition into the genre.

The one thing I feel you could've mentioned here to also highlight Justice's rock sound and influence would've been their first two live albums! A Cross the Universe feels so much like a metal/punk electronic show, while Access All Arenas feels like an epic progressive rock / electronic love letter. They absolutely nailed it with those. You can feel just how electric it is, although it seems you definitely had to be there to witness it in person to get the full effect of that

Sometimes I’d argue Justice is better than Daft Punk. Where Daft Punk looked to the past for their music, Justice kept their faces forward to the future, and were never afraid to push the boundaries of their sound, all while staying Justice. I love Daft Punk as well, since they pioneered one of my favorite genres and crafted timeless classics time after time, but Justice does something otherworldly that I hear with every single one of their songs that I just don’t get with Daft Punk. TL;DR, I love Justice.

discovering genesis in 2012 when I was 16yo was maybe the first time I realized there was so much music that I listened to... this feeling later solidifed with Demon Days

Not so known fact: Before the infamous incident with Taylor Swift, Kanye West actually jumped into the stage in 2006 MTV EMAs when Justice won Best Video Award with "We Are Your Friends" instead of Ye's "Touch the Sky" and interrupted their speech.
