We have THREE months to get our lives together before the new year ❄️ so today I’m officially starting my Winter Arc Challenge!

I’ve been wanting to use October–December as a season to actually build the habits and routines that make me feel like my best self, instead of waiting until January 1st to suddenly change everything. So I’m starting with a realistic, soft discipline Winter Arc vlog, working out, taking care of myself, making a healthy meal, getting some focused work done, going on a walk, tidying up, journaling, and planning out some fun things I want to do this season! 🧚🏼
