For tip no.8: whenever I’ve leaked onto my clothes my dad has soaked them in cold water with SALT and it works a treat! I thought this would be helpful to share seeing as salt is a lot more accessible than hydrogen peroxide and there’s no risk of bleaching :3

Also girls! If your period cramps are really bad, get your iron levels checked. We loose so much iron in the blood that we loose that if your iron levels are low it can make it so much more painful. This is what happened to me and how I found out that I actually had an Iron deficiency but definitely get advice from your GP on what it might be! 💕

24:42 it shocked me that girlies would buy clothes based on the number and not if it fits them or not. That is just sad. We are taught to fit the standards and not feel comfortable. Im really glad i had my mom who would always grab a couple sizes of the same piece and said pick which fits u & not grab xs and be like "it doesn't fit u? Guess ur just too big" or whatever. THATS WHY WE HAVE U!! Love u Jazzy 💗💗😫

I’ve never told anyone this… but from the ages of I think 9– 14, I didn’t like my body at all. I was taller than most of my peers and a bit chubbier than a lot of them… I would constantly be hating on myself, but discovering your vids helped me get a little more confident. One more thing, just some random quote that I saw on Pinterest, that I think ever girl like me needs to see: “If your boyfriend tells you to lose weight, do it! Lose 175 pounds by dumping that loser and go eat some pizza like the queen you are.” All the stuff like this has just helped me a lot, so thank you ❤️

I also for one tip if you don’t wanna shampoo your hair twice like u don’t have time just do it once but put shampoo on your hair first first than massage ur scalp with your fingertips not nails ❌ but fingertips it will help with dandruff I do it every time and my hair actually get cleaned and all the dandruff out your welcome ❤🤭✨

omg this video was so helpful i might sound silly but i really do adore my mum and i know she has the right intentions in her mind with the way she brought me up, but i never really talked to her in detail when it came to these things, so u talking about it is so comforting ! esp as a muslim girl theres a lot of rules with clothing etc it feels like u can't really talk so openly about some of these stuff, i love u sm !

Yeah my mum has endometriosis and for a really long time everyone ( doctors ) said she was just overeating and stuff until she moved to a different country (age around 30s IDK) and the doctor was like oh yeah that's not normal you've got endometriosis
