I’m actually really into this one! I like that our heroine isn’t de-aged too too much. The story being mostly action/adventure really works for me, because it’s about a character who already has a really strong emotional foundation (her relationship with her father). Plus, the new costume is awesome! Zantanna’s look is so iconic, they didn’t need to change much, but I appreciate the minor tweaks.

I'm honestly surprised they still draw Zatanna and Black Canary with fishnet stockings- some things are just too classic to change, fortunately.

I guess you can say that Zatanna using her magic is pretty tricky to use.

I love how they didn’t make de-age her much and the small tweaks of her outfit is dope. I hope we don’t get Constantine shoved down our throat. I love them both but Zatanna has such a sound foundation for her own adventures. Her relationship with her father is quite beautiful.

One thing I've kept in mind when reading the Webtoon collabs is go in as if I had no previous knowledge of the characters, and its been enjoyable that way. That being said, I'm interested to see where the story is headed. Reading the available chapters, it looks like it'll be a fun ride to see Z come into her own!

There is a lot to like about this, I really enjoy the great relationship between father and daughter.

I’ve always had a soft spot for Zatanna.

Ebutuoy Noitacifiton Gnag!

My favorite thing to do while watch Young Justice, is pause it while Zatana is casting spells and read what she says in reverse!

I miss Zatanna's Post-Crisis comic by Paul Dini.  It was so good and ended on a cliffhanger with her cop boyfriend being revealed as the son of her enemy Brother Night.  But it got cancelled because of stupid Flashpoint and the character rebooted for the new52.

I, for one, wouldn't mind if all the Webtoon stuff took place in the same universe (not necessarily at the same time). The Bat kids miss Auntie Zatanna and Bruce wants to see his childhood bestie again!

If any part of the DC Heroverse was going to suit this format/style of comic, it's this mystical part.

Give us a Traci 13 horror series, Webtoons!! (Okay, that might just be for me, but still, you get the idea)

These days I'd just sort of like getting a Zatanna story without having Constantine shoved down our faces like a mandatory +1, but the story's been pretty great. I literally downloaded Webtoons just to read the story which means that it served its purpose, I suppose :D

I refuse to believe that Constantine uses emojis or responds to texts in a timely manner.

My favorite Zatanna moment is actually a Batman moment from the JLU animated series -

Zatanna: I'm surprised you chose me to accompany you on this mission, Batman.

Batman: I needed someone I could trust.

Zatanna: (smiles)

Batman: None of them were available, so I was stuck with you.

A nice reference to the events of Identity Crisis. Also, I appreciate the Zatanna-themed attire, Sasha.

This seems...ok, I guess? I like the idea of exploring her relationship with her father, and the idea that he's eagerly pushing her forward, rather than trying to hold her back. But Zatanna used to be such a fun, cheerful character, and ever since "Identity Crisis", everyone writes her all dour and depressed, and that's a shame.

If someone dressed very differently came up to me and asked what year it is in a slightly different language I might look for a Tardis.

I like her design, it's like Young Justice design,. but blue, and blondish tone the ends of her hair, which you don't see often since she rocks jet black hair usually.

I honestly wish more writers with Zatanna would remember that her dad is a fully trained stage magician and he taught her all his tricks. Heck, he's SO GOOD, he taught BATMAN how to escape traps. Zee knows that too. I hate when they default to the idea that Zee needs to use magic all the time for everything, even for the stage, when she's stated in the past that using magic comes naturally and easily to her (she was born with it after all), but learning to do actual magic tricks was something she had to learn and took time and skill for her, so she's proud to show off her skills rather than her innate ability.

It's just sad most people don't go that direction. And the Wand magic thing is a little much.. I guess we should be glad she didn't get the magic eye beams back.

Also always hated Zee/Constantine. Their whole relationship is based off a throwaway by Alan Moore where Zee is considerably deaged and unprepared for no reason. Remember by the time she pops up in Swamp Thing, she'd been a member of multiple incarnations of Justice League and proven herself time and time again, but she acts like she's an incompetent boob through out that entire comic. That same thing is weirdly revisited in her Seven Soldiers mini despite the fact that Morrison can't stand Alan Moore.. so bizarre.
