"doesnt feel like im playing warframe" boy what if i tell you you will feel that 3 or 4 more times

I'll never understand why they let new players play duviri before second dream

21:41 "Where am I? It's literally a dream? Is my subconscious or is it an actual place?"

Yes to all of that!!

Without the context of the New War, the Duviri Paradox really makes no much sense 😂

I was there when Duviri was first released and the concept of it was to be a sort of "shotcut" entry point for new players so they can get to the new content like The New War and beyond quicker without having to do all the Star Chart grind quests before that. But that idea was dropped in like a hotfix or two because it really would be confusing.
But that does not mean that the current placement of the quest is any less confusing. Though while the point of a Paradox is to confuse I do think DE should AT LEAST lock the Duviri Paradox behind Second Dream because doing Duviri first really nerfs the impact of Second Dream.

I can just imagine all the Tenno screaming “NO NOT YET!” lmao! Loving your Warframe journey! Keep up the good content!

Divuri should’ve been added as a quest after new war. This will just be super confusing without new war context

Most people would've told you to leave this quest until you reach the New War, no big deal you done it now but it will be harder to remember everything that happens in it once you reach the point where any of it is relevant.

It's OK to be confused, DE be like that. In most games, a 'quest' starts with mystery and ends with an answer. In Warframe, most quest start with an answer to a question you never thought to ask, and end with a question you don't know you want the answer to yet. Or... something like that. The main quest up to and including the Angels of the Zariman can really only be understood in its whole, just like a puzzle isn't really clear until you assemble the pieces. And only then if you paid close attention, otherwise you'll need a lore video or replay/view the quests to get the whole picture. So enjoy being confused for as long as it lasts, we know the feeling 😅

Warframe lore 2025: you begin at the end of the story lol. I'll never understand why DE doesnt lock duviri paradox behind new war and second dream..

9:47 each warframe typically has it's own grind, for ember you have to kill sargas ruk multiple time to get all the pieces, for chroma you get a piece from certain junctions etc. Every planet boss except captain vor (mercury) and zealoid prelate (deimos' 2nd boss) drop warframe parts. Bosses aren't the only place to farm warframes but they are definitely the easiest to get if you want to build a new one

10:00 With the daily login there's a chance you get a blueprint for a weapon or warframe you currently don't own and haven't already mastered, while you did get the main blueprint for grendel his parts require unlocking arbitrations

As for Duviri (can't really timestamp this) in terms of the story it makes sense to be played after completing "The New War" quest, however many of the systems in it were made to be compatible/helpful with newer players so it's awkwardly placed, it makes sense that you are confused. A lot of stuff (who the drifter is, why we even care about him) are explained during The New War

As for some non spoiler explanation, when the Drifter was young he was in a life or death situation and he accidentally created Duviri based on the book "Tales Of Duviri". Originally he and Thrax were friends however as the daily time loops went on they fell apart (unclear how) and we eventually end up at the start of the quest. The characters in Duviri also have some "set" characteristics since they had specific roles in the book, for example Matila is always happy, even if she had to witness her husband get murdered she has no choice but to be happy

1:01:19 believe, at it's given time, it will all come together

My experience with duviri was like I was on drugs. Every cutscene was like "THIS IS SO COOL BUT WTF IS HAPPENING"

So, little bit of history about the melee weapons you are using with volt in Duviri. The kronen tonfa blades were a new weapon designed by Datareaper, a member of the warframe community who was also a small comic artist, who made a comic of a grineer who wanted to become a tenno named Clem.

Both the weapons and Clem were added to thw game, Clem mainly from the community love for the guy and even the deva loving the comics about the guy.

Sadly Datareaper passed away in August of 2022, but the devs made sure to honor him with a memorial in Iron Wake, watched over/protected by Clem.

Oh no... i think he went to duviri too soon. I mean that thumbnail implies it

To explain it, without spoilers i think. Duviri is basically a story book made real by the void, the guy you play as got stuck in the void and it made his favorite story into a reality. It was ok initially, thrax was his best friend, but as he grew up he wanted out. And so the executions started, centuries of of dying over and over again. Apathy set in, made him numb. Duviris whole thing is about emotions, how your meant to not let them consume you, but not become numb to them as well because thats just as bad.

The amount of new types of content they keep piling on to Warframe each time I check in with it is crazy.

What kind of game is Warframe?

Yes.
