Nora is the nice lady that gives you battle pass rewards for being the good little murder machine we are, we all like Nora

Don't bother making two doggos with a cyst. There is only one type of doggo you can make with cysts and 5 different doggos without using a cyst

as a WF veteran its always interesting to hear the early quest dialog that makes no sense in the moment but makes perfect sense in hindsight

"What the hell is that?!?"

Oh, thats Deimos' equivalent of  night time and day time. Those worms are essentially Deimos' "sun" and "moon".

7:45 This is a good mentality. In the beginning you're gonna feel lost cause you got no clue what to do, but if you've got a clear goal in mind like crafting specific gear it'll make progression feel more natural

Least amount of attempts to get all the pieces of a frame

Deimos is the best place in Warframe, no contest
Nothing like a dysfunctional family being infested because mama's boy wanted some attention, while the grandma and a robot with BPD try to help you keep them together

4:00 ish - Quantum Physics version of what we call a lootbox

Aight, others have mentioned, but Nora is the daily/weekly challenge lady. She runs the 100% free challenge pass that rotates out every couple months. You can access your weekly challenges by poking the radio on the left at the very edge of the top of the ramp in your Orbiter.

You'll get points to spend on the challenge shop as you progress through it, or you'll get cosmetics, or mods, or other neat stuff. I suggest giving it a poke sometime!

Ordis slander will NOT be tolerated

So happy to see you're still playing this game 🥰

'Recognizing this Loki dude from some posters.'

This line tickles me in particular since I remember choosing Loki as my starter Warframe, back when it was him up there with Mag and Excalibur instead of Volt.

But as it turns out maybe having the frame with zero damaging abilities as a starter was a bit unintuitive for new players. xD

MR30 Player here, watching Baby Tenno figure out the game is always wonderful to see, my advice is to revisit the Heart of Deimos quest dialogue after finishing Whispers in the Walls, The Duviri Paradox and 1999, considering how far apart the updates are, you can definitely see how great the foreshadowing in the game is and how hard the Devs are cooking
Keep up the curiosity of Warframe and watch your account prosper!

3:42 this is just a funny dialogue made to explain what's essentially the game's gacha system, but it also has a crap-ton of lore about how the void actually works

idk if you saw it or not, but when in navigation in the bottom right there's a thing that shows you what you can get on that planet.

If you want to obtain certain materials you can’t access just yet. Try asking in recruiting chat for a taxi to any given planet, usually people are willing to help you get there for stuff like Orokin cells, Tellurium, Argon crystals etc.

Nora is inspired by the radio girl from the movie "The Warriors"
Many people don't know that, I stumbled upon it by chance.

Grandmother is so devious. Wish she had a more expanded role in the game.

"We must not be overcomed by Thhh-The FloeooOOd Ahem, the infested, yes, definently The Infested"

All those stories in open worlds have a continuation as you progress through their standing (reputation), some of them are easy to get through just fishing and hunting, others a bit harder, but with each upgrade of the standing you will unlock more stuff and more lore. Forget about the dog with a cyst, next time when you start one don't use it, unfortunately there is only one of the infected type, but a few regular ones. Nora is the free battlepass, she also sells mods, cosmetics and resources, for special currency earned through completion of the battlepass. Dont forget to upgrade your mods, you will re-use them on other equipment and later enemies will get harder (Doggo also have mods, making the good boy even stronger :) ). Also about reputation, pledge your allegiance to someone, I would say it doesn't matter who at this point, you can get weapons, relics, mods and cosmetics from those groups. One note that some of the groups hate each other and they can become hostile, meaning that they might send an extermination squad during your missions, randomly.
