Thank you for being a member! Your membership is helping heal this little one with me 🙏❤ I am taking her to the vet ASAP.

Rocky, just email me or respond to this comment with the cost of treating her and I will be more than happy to pay the entire bill. Thank you for all you do!

OK - hands down, we ALL vote for Mel as a Person of the Year for every year!!  Thank you, Mel - WE LOVE YOU!!!! ❤❤❤

Anyone can be a dog groomer, but not everyone can be an amazing groomer. Mel is definitely an amazing groomer!!

When her tail wagged so hard after she was all groomed and cleaned up...oh my heart! She went from the depths of despair to pure joy and hope. What an absolutely ADORABLE soul doggie! Lucky lucky lucky is the person who wins the chance to be her human!

Cindy has been groomed before. She cooperated perfectly. ❤

Professional groomer here.  I've groomed many dogs in that sort of predicament over the decades, and if a dog with a high maintenance coat has been well treated by groomers in the past, they often seem comforted by just the sight of a grooming table.   It may be the first thing they've seen since they were separated from their family that really makes sense to them.  And they know they'll feel better once they're clean and mat free.  It's like they're thinking "Oh, she's a groomer!   Finally!"

While I am definitely a big dog person, actually in the process of rescuing an Olive lookalike (black Lab/Great Dane), this little one reminds me of the Bichons and Bichon/poodles my parents had. The "apricot ears" are a giveaway. Very sweet and intelligent dogs. I hope that she gets well soon!❤😊 And Mel is an absolute saint!

Mel is the best. Its like she's a dog whisper.

CINDY LOU.  I think her owner loved this baby and either got lost or they passed and family just dumped her.  She's so sweet.

Rocky...  I am here for this baby.  I filled out an application and I am more than qualifies for this girl, as I have spent the last 19 years of my life with this breed.  Please oh please...  Do not count me out ❣️

OMG...Mel is QUEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cindy is such a pretty girl and that tail wag and big smile shows she's such a happy girl now that she's been shown the love she deserved!!!

I rescued a little terrier poodle cross a few years ago during a heat wave whose fur and paws were in the same state and who had been hiding under vehicles parked in heavy traffic.  The vet I took her to said it was caused by the intense heat of the tires she was pressing against.  I already had a dog and my landlord wouldn't let me keep her but she was allowed to stay with me after treatment and grooming for a bit and I did work with our local Humane Society to get little Huckleberry adopted by a lovely family with a 9 year son who was over the moon.  I was so happy for her you can imagine.  I know Cindy will find a wonderful person too, thanks to you Rocky and your wonderful community.  You do my heart good!

Thank you Rocky for helping out this little sweet girl!

Mel is a wonderful person. Even the most terrified dogs calm down and become cooperative with her.

cindy is adorable, hope she finds a forever home soon, bless her little heart

Cindy Lou is so adorable she going to have people fighting over her! I'm so happy for her, this is the first day of her best life!

This is one of the most dramatic dog transformations I’ve seen - WOW!!! Mel, the miracle worker, has done it again 🤭👏🏻

The work you guys do always touches my heart. This little girl needs so much help. I had a good sales day today so, I thought I'd pay it forward.  Thanks to the whole Sitting With Dogs team❤

Oh I love that you are taking her to the farm 💕🦋
