Situationship final boss

The saddest thing about this song is that you hear it immediately want to hear more from this woman only to find out this verse is the only thing she has made so you just have to keep listening to this song

as a saxophone player i love when artists put it in their songs 🙂‍↕️

i find it really unfortunate that a lot of people only listen to carly’s part in this song… don’t get me wrong her part is sooo good and i would say the highlight of the entire song (tho my fav is actually the chorus) but i fr believe that matty’s lines are too underrated the buildup from the verses to the chorus and then to carly’s line is so heavenly it legit brings you to a new dimension

i love their song called "somebody else"

HE'S FINALLY REACTING TO THE 1975!!! YOU GUYS DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW LONG I WAITED FOR THISSSSS

About You" by The 1975 is a hauntingly beautiful song that really captures the pain of trying to move on from someone who once meant everything to you. It's like that person is still right there with you, even though they're long gone. The song touches on how certain memories just won't let go, no matter how much you try to push them away. The title, "About You," makes it clear that this isn't just about missing someone in general-it's specifically about that one person who you can't stop thinking about, no matter how much time has passed. It's like they're stuck in your mind, and every little thing can bring those memories rushing back, making it hard to move forward. The sadness comes from the realization that even though you want to let go and move on, you're still caught up in the past, still holding onto something that's not coming back. The song feels like a conversation with yourself, trying to understand why you can't just let go, why it still hurts so much, and coming to terms with the fact that some people will always have a part of your heart, even if they're no longer in your life. It's a sad, lonely place to be, where the memories are both comforting and painful, keeping you tied to a love that's long gone, bu still very much alive in your mind.

NOW YOU NEED TO REACT TO THE WHOLE ALBUM !!

genuinely one of my favorite songs ever. it’s so beautifully bittersweet.

“Did I hear a saxophone??” Welcome to The 1975 😩
Matty Healy is a rat but his music is heavenly, one of the greatest modern bands. Hopefully you’ll react to their headlining performance at Glastonbury this year, it’s perfection!
