That was like the cutest Samba ever, lol. Let's go Dani and Nikita!

Dani and Nikita .. they seemed   they have been waiting for this moment for so long .. Exciting!

The costumes and set were perfection, I loved the Zara Larsson vibes!! 🐬🌈🌴 so much content too, I thought Dani coped well with it. I’m looking forward to seeing what this team can do!

She went all in, and I love it! Glad she got to come back after the injury last season.

That was great. I thought Dani might be a little more reserved and nervous to start with, but she really went for it, and it does make a difference. Loads of potential, I think.

I'm an American watching Strictly Come Dancing! You gotta love this, lol.

This makes me so happy! Well done!! And what a joy it must be to dance with Nikita. His radiance and him cheering her on while dancing, wow. Fills my heart with joy

You know she was dancing her socks off too when her earring fell off! 0:56 😆 the energy was definitely there, go Dani! Haha

Absolutely loved this routine, we've waited over a year to see dani and nikita dance together and it worth the wait! I love their partnership and the routine was so good! ❤❤😊

My score: 7

I loved Amber last series but I am so happy Dani is finally getting to dance now! A Samba in Week 1 is not easy but she coped pretty decently and good news is that Samba is out of the way for her. Can’t wait to see her journey and hope we get to see the Quickstep she was supposed to do for her first dance soon!

A dance that's well suited to her personality, I'm glad they're back dancing together :)

She is back with a vengeance!! Thank god she's okay now, because if a Quickstep broke her last time, the Samba would have wrecked her. Now I've been waiting years for Dani to do Strictly and the injury delay was edging at it's strongest. Clearly, this dance was worth the wait! What a great Samba for Week 1!

Welcome back, Dani! ❤

Dani has finally made it! I’m delighted to see her and Nikita dancing together again. And they both looked fantastic. This was another difficult routine loaded with content. She does really need to work on her footwork, turn her feet out and get stronger leg action. But she performed well and I loved her energy. 5s were harsh.

Great partnership, lots of potential 👍

Happy she finally got her chance to properly do strictly. With that being said the footwork needs work but for a week 1 samba it was pretty damn good

Score: 7

I'm glad she got to dance with Nikita since she didn't get to last year and I thought this dance was good

woo hoo we love you Dani and Nikita Dude and Dudette!😎😍

I can remember Dani and Nikita samba.. Seems like yesterday.. Good start for their first dance 💃🏼

Love Dani.
