I need to ask you something and I want you to actually answer it in your head.

What time do you finish work?

Hold that number. Because I think it's the reason you're behind, and not for the reason everyone keeps telling you.

You get home at 23:40. You tell yourself the same sentence you've been telling yourself for two years — tomorrow I'll study properly. And every single person in your life nods at that sentence, because you're tired, because you have a job, because it sounds reasonable.

So nobody has ever sat down and done the math with you.

I did it on camera. Including the 4AM protocol everyone keeps recommending, which does not survive contact with a real schedule — if you finish at eleven, that one isn't discipline, it's three hours of sleep dressed up as a system.

But here's the part I actually wanted to say, and it's at 07:05.

Your job has been training the exact thing your studying is missing. Hundreds of times a week. For money. And nobody has ever pointed it out to you.

You're not behind because you work. You're behind because you've been studying with the leftovers, and you decided that was the only option without ever once checking.
