Out of all the vtubers I could call my kamioshi I just had to choose a necron lover oh well no such thing as perfect

A new hand has touched the brick.

I like how someone is complaining that he's skipping lore when it's still the intro into a hour and a half video

7:41 When you stare into the abyss, Bricky waves back.🤣🤣🤣

I’m very glad you’re watching this. I love seeing the mass migration of vtubers getting into Warhammer, especially ones I like.

Fun ADHD side fact: The same guy who made Potter Puppet Pals also was the guy who made The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny, the Bustin' Ghostbusters remix, and a host of other viral memes back in the day. Just sharing because it blew my mind when I learned it, kinda like when I learned that the young chipmunk child voice from the old flash animation "DBZ in a Nutshell" is actually a 13 year old Arin Hanson from GameGrumps.

Your alignment with Slanesh as a Tzeentch follower is clear.

15:00 there's a video out there that is just listing canon space marine chapters, their summary information (heraldry, primarch, etc.), and the occasional bit of lore on specific chapters. It's over 20 hours long. I guarantee that there are people who complain that it's not in depth enough for them.

Since I didn't see anyone else explain it:

Isha and the Jar:
When Slaanesh was born, it devoured most of the Eldar pantheon, with the known exception of 3: Cegorach (who sequestered Himself in the Webway where Slaanesh couldn't touch Him), Khaine (who was shattered by Slaanesh, but the pieces scattered across the galaxy by Khorne), and Isha (who was stolen away by Nurgle amidst the confusion). Nurgle keeps Her prisoner (for Her own safety) in His realm, thus the Jar.

The necrons were assholes long before they were turned into automotons. Even when they were dying of cancer, they still believed they were superior and deserved immortality just because. The Old Ones were right to deny them

Bricky has collected so many Vtubers that he is now officially a gotcha addict!🤣

1:19:12 Yes they can talk to the stones and consult their elders from previous generations, and they even have these things called "Wraith Knights". They are these sort of Eldar mech things that is made from Wraith bone, which is an extremely psychically conductive material. Then they put the soul stones of their warriors in there so that if they wished, they could continue to serve the people of their Craftworld even in death

My favourite story involving this is of an Aeldari warrior who was fighting a rearguard delaying action on her craftworld so her people might escape. She had her son with her, with whom they had a sort of secret handshake thing where she would place three fingers on his face and give him a little kiss on the forehead. She does this for the last time and then sends him off with the other civillians while she goes to die. This is the last thing she remembers until like hundreds of years later she wakes back up in a Wraith construct infront of some Aeldari engineer. The first thing she says is "I was a warrior and the last thing I remember was sending my son off and then going to fight and die. Please tell me he's okay". She then begins to panick because yknow, being dead isn't exactly comfortable and her emotions are toiling, but then the engineer tells her to calm down and presses his three fingers on her armour and gives it a little kiss. She then immediately ceases all panick and calms down.

I love that story, and I don't even like the Eldar

The Necrons are not chill, they always have been genocidal maniac, which is why Old Ones don't want to make them immortal.

Wait till she finds out you can romance the Drukhari character she was gushing about in the game Rogue Trader.

Welcome to the big video!

If you like the Necrons, I highly recommend a book called "The Infinite and the Divine." It features two powerful (and grumpy) Necrons that hate each other's guts, but are forced to work together.

20:15 I'll say that if you want a happy ending, it needs to be a quick end. When things drag out, they already tend to get worse, like the Eldaars.

I always facepalm when I hear people complain that Bricky skips over stuff. His videos are entry level, meant for people who don't know anything yet and need a basic introduction. If he went into the weeds on everything the video would be 15 hours long lol.

After watching part 2, you should watch the cinematics next. GW has a recent one called "No Peace Amongst the Stars", to promote 11th edition, which establishes the general mood and feel of the setting.

Just want to say you're grasping this all incredibly well for a new fan. 40k is often a little overwhelming, but you seem to be taking in the lore pretty effectively. Good luck on your journey. It's a big galaxy, so go at your pace and enjoy.
