Britain needs to be courageous enough and pre-prepared to deal an immediate response to Russian hybrid warfare. Recently the British Navy followed a Russian submarine and tracked it,  hovering over major internet cables. The sub has a remote controlled vessel that can be dropped out its bottom, capable of cutting cables or releasing explosives. The Navy needs to pre-arrange permissions to drop depth charges  not over but near enough to get the subs skipper to move on at once. It is essential to avoid more serious conflict, and the Brit Govt can avoid the comms interuption

Worth mentioning that the Kerch Rail Bridge was designed to handle Trains up to 47 Wagons long, carrying 7100 Tons,  since the first Strike with the VBIED,  the Rail Bridge has been restricted to 17 Wagons and 2500T,  though it rarely carries more than 12 Wagons over the last 12 Months, so you could say it has been cut by at least 75% and the Road Bridge also has Weight Restrictions.
