1. Seated good morning 8-12 reps, 3-5 sets. Last rep remains 10-20 sec on the stretched position
2. One leg pike. 8-12 reps, 3-5 sets. Last rep remains 10-20 sec on stretched position
3. Calf stretch. 10-20 breaths per set. 2 sets.
4. Seated jefferson curls (inclined or regular feet). Weight on neck, trunk to legs. stop for a few seconds at bottom. 8-12 reps, 3-5 sets. Remain 10-20 sec on last rep.
5. Pancake compression. Yoga blocks in front to limit ROM in case cannot go to floor. 8-12 reps, 3-5 sets, 10-20 sec hold on last rep.
6. Hanging leg raise isometric hold (bent, 1 leg switching, 2 leg static) to 90 degrees. Hold 10-30 seconds for 3-5 sets. Sub max isometric holds, so no holding until failure. Good form is most important
7. Pike compressions. (1 leg, both legs, straddle, straddle in circles). Holding each rep 3-5 seconds. 5-10 reps, 3-5 sets. With circles go 5 circles in, 5 circles out.
8. L-sit (bent leg hands on dip station, 1 straight leg at a time, l-sit on dip station, l-sit on yoga blocks, l-sit on the ground). Hold 10-30 sec, 3-5 sets
The variations in parenthesis progress from easier to harder.
