The real reason Darth Vader lost was because he fought Obito on a beach. He doesn't like sand.

I'm convinced the entire reason they chose these two was not because of any common grounds they had but because they wanted to make the "He could beat Obi-one but couldn't handle Obi-two" joke.

It’s really funny to imagine Obito using the ten tails, the six paths power, and the infinite tsukuyomi for a seemingly random guy in a black suit

I love how this isn't just Vader vs Obito. It's Vader vs Obito, 10 Tail, and the whole freaking Infinite Tsukuyomi Plan and Vader put pretty much a good fight BY HIMSELF

This isn’t accurate. The actually fight would be 9 episodes long, being 70% flashbacks, 20% filler, and 10% actual fighting

Bro, Vader got a kinder death than most of the heroes get on this show.

People don't seem to realise that Obito had this fight before it even began. He can fly and thus always has the high ground.

Edit: I'm disappointed by the amount of people missing the joke.

"you are liberated from hell, find peace in the next life" that was such a beautiful death

Obito understands Anakin's pain more than anyone in Star Wars.

Darth Vader standing before an incoming tailed beast bomb. Never would have imagined such a scenario. That shot was absolutely insane.

Until this battle, I never realized how similar Darth Vader and Obito are. Both of them lost limbs and were horribly maimed after a brutal battle, were manipulated into joining the dark side by an old man with white hair, and lost the loves of their lives, which caused them to abandon their old identities and literally and metaphorically dawned a mask and assumed new identities. Yet for all the atrocities they committed, they were ultimately redeemed and brought back to the light thanks to the actions of a blond-haired youth.

15:00 Obito: "Oh man, Madara is going to kill me, I was only borrowing this!"

I never realized how similar these two are.
Both got drafted into war at a young age.
Both were manipulated by an evil old man.
Both are traumatized by the death of a girl they love.
Both are responsible for the death of their old masters.
Both end up killing most of their own kind.
Both wear masks to conceal their identity as well as to hide scars.
Both command an army of white clones.
Both command an evil organisation with a handful powerful members dressed in black.
Both of them are reminded of their past selves by a cocky blonde kid.
Both redeemed themselves by turning against their master at the last moment.

"You've....lost your humanity as well."

Man they nailed the dialogue and portrayed each character so accurately, well done!

I’m not mad that Vader lost. I’m happy that Vader was RESPECTED.

My Favorite part is 16:55, if you look real closely after vader gets his helmet smashed off, you see his eyes turn to look behind him a split second before Obito appears, showing that this man Vader still has some of the most powerful precognition in the known universe to be able to keep up with enemies moving at near light speed

I do like that Obito seemed to relate and sympathize with vader the entire fight

You can’t overpower Darth Vader, but you can comfort and subdue Anakin Skywalker.

I love how they captured Vader's intimidating presence. Reminds me how he just walks as he approaches you in Jedi Fallen Order.

18:52 in one case tho Vader was kidnapped out of his tank and he actually was able to temporarily regrow his limbs to fight
