The book is so beautiful!!! ❤

You certainly make the most of your weekends. Fantastic new treasures, thanks for sharing with us. I would spend hours as a child studying the intricate details of the Brambly Hedge illustrations, especially the cross section ones of their little homes and all the rooms and corridors. It still brings me joy now too. Lovely video all round 🧡 have a great week ahead xx

Hello Sarah , oh these videos showing your haul are just my favourites ! I don’t know where to start ha! The mantel is absolutely gorgeous , the detail on it and a £100 was an absolute bargain . The jug your putting your new roses in is so perfect they were another good buy and that Christmas cushion I’ve never seen anything like it ! I never tire of looking at  brambley hedge illustrations they are beautiful,. I’ve not  been anywhere for a couple of weekends but I might go to  Bretherton antiques this afternoon and pop into the tea rooms next door . Sophie is picking up again and we are hoping the worst is behind us . Have a lovely Sunday with your Robert and see you next time ❤

I love the fireplace surround, can’t wait to see it in place ❤

You have the perfect voice for narrating these kinds of books, I could listen to you and feel transported to never never land ( my childhood world).

That was WONDERFUL and I folded my washing as you read the story xxx

The fireplace is lovely im sure you will make it look lovely wherever you decide to put it i live very near to leek

This was wonderful Sarah, what a lot of beautiful finds! The fire place is magnificent and such a good price, it’s not about the age of the piece but how it looks to me, and how you can create a setting that gives you the look you want. I really look forward to seeing  where you place it and dress it, you definitely have a gift of creating wonderful settings! My husband loves the idea of a library as he loves books and book shops and if we had the room he would love his own library. 😊 I loved everything you showed us but especially the children’s books, I have collected many children’s books over the years for myself as I’m drawn to the illustrations in many of them. Brambly Hedge is definitely one of my favourites, their little world and the stunning detailed illustrations are just enchanting. I agree with one of the comments about how well you narrate these books, you have the perfect soothing voice and if you have a grandchild you will make the best grandmother! I’m so pleased Robert got his coffee and that your mum had a wonderful time too 🥰💐🐇🍂🍄🍁🍄‍🟫🐭

The detail on the fireplace surround is wonderful. And what a fantastic bargain at only 100 pounds. Here in the US it would cost close to thrice that amount. I love the idea of making the side barn into a library. But where, oh where would you be able to hide all your seasonal decor? 😀 Hope you and Robert have a wonderful week ahead. ❤

Good buy for mantle sure your find the perfect place for it... l ❤ childrens books too! Why not. they are encharting beautifully illustrated. Personally l think its important to keep the inner child within ourselves😅 We got a fantastic purchase of a solid beautiful sunflower desigh  wrought iron victorian mantle which is in our bedroom which l carefully hand painted it and all the intricate details for £20.00 best bargain we ever got!!! And Robert .... are you being lead astray from the beloved cafe nero😮 its still my fav😊 Have a good week🎉

Nice Visit Sarah! Nice the three of You got out together.  Hugs to Mum! It’s good the three of you enjoy  each others company. I wouldn’t think any different. You are all such nice people. I Love the new Mantel!  I can’t wait to see where you place it. I Love the books also. I’m like you. I Love the Illustrations! I enjoy hearing you and Robert talking back and forth. Your accents really come out when you are talking with each other. It’s like watching a movie. 😊  Have a Lovely Week!     😊❤️😘🐝
