woman can't take responsibility for her actions,  nothing new here.

Drugs, alcohol, frat party.... What could go wrong??? Lawsuit should be tossed.

All the stuff coming out definitely isn't how the story was initially presented.  I think she has what my dad would have called buyer's remorse.

The behavior of all parties is reprehensible.
People raised the good morals and values would not participate in such immoral behavior.
They also need to shut down these frat houses. It such an outdated concept.

She got a Bad Reputation for doing what she did.

Why is this woman doing this? She's just exposing herself to more scrutiny and humiliation.

The fact women are allowed to get away with this is always infuriating to me…

The fact that the boys names and pictures are public, and the alleged victim still gets to hide behind Jane Doe infuriates me to no end. If you’re gonna accuse someone of something have the guts to put your name behind it. And I say this as a grape survivor.

Yeah because she is also suing her sorority.  Which I found that to be odd.

Throw this whole mess away.

Let's see...if you get drunk or high and get behind the wheel of an automobile and cause an accident that causes harm to others and yourself it is your fault.  But, if you get drunk or high go to a party and get involved in sexual relations that cause harm to yourself it is someone elses fault.

Girl: “OMG everyone at the university knows”

Let’s make sure the entire country knows, that will show them!

Willingly do something depraved and disgusting. Then sue the entire Western hemisphere when people find out about it. Accountable for nothing, entitled to everything. We're screwed.

Megyn, THANK YOU for sticking up to decent MEN who are accused of horrible crimes. The first boys are no angels but Jane Doe knew what she was doing.

Why 2 years later whether it was consensual or not?

If Jane Doe was on the drugs that involved she would not have any idea what she remembers parts of it, She may only remember parts of the situation.

I personally wait until all the celebrities weigh in and then, only then, do I feel like I have what I need to make up my mind.

Yep, this is revenge for being rejected.

So she didn’t like the label she was getting around campus so she decided she would rather replace that label with victim.

This is the problem with these things is the accusation that comes from the person feeling regret or shame about what they did. And there are people that support and push the idea that consent can be taken away after the act, but a person makes accusations has conflicting stories and or doesn’t tell the whole story. And then you got situation like this where there’s so much drugs and alcohol used, that no one remembers what exactly happen. Or their inhibitions are lost and what they would say no to sober they don’t stop when drunk or high or you have other people telling you that you were assaulted even if you don’t feel like you were

To be clear just because you start off saying yes doesn’t mean you can’t decide to want to stop and if a person continues after saying stop or no that’s a problem.
