I paused a bigger project to get this one out while Cyberstan was still fresh in everyone's memory. The opening and closing shots were rushed, but I'm reasonably happy with the rest.

Regardless, I'll get right back in the kitchen.

More soon. Peace.

This Diver has been around. Creek Cape and 3/4 bionic limbs. He was probably the poster boy for the Steeled Veterans Warbond.

"y'all got any strategic victory?"
"we got hype moments and aura"

Remember Divers,
Throwing your Revolver is faster than reloading.

Of course it's a Chainsaw Diver. Who else would be fucking batshit enough to survive alone like that?

I originally forgot about the defoliation tool and thought the Helldiver was wielding the severed arm of a berserker, which is honestly the most Creeker thing to do.

He saved one bullet for himself, and shot the Agitator with it anyway.

Hate is stronger than fear.

The fact that the helldiver is also a cybernetically-enhanced supersoldier adds such a nice dash of splendid irony to the fight, love it.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE how his red eyes got reflected onto the Helldivers helmet making the entire struggle feel like it was against a genuine demon.

i love how the cyborg gives the command to keep him alive and bots change their eye color from red to yellow " task aquired" , just like in game

Him winning the 1v1 with no stims & then getting immediately shot in the back by two freshly spawned bots was the most accurate part of fighting on Cyberstan Lmao

Love how the Helldiver was portrayed like a horror game boss

the last man standing being an augmented psycho with a chainsaw and a creek cape feels so perfect to the lore so far.

The cape tells us he's a creek veteran too. Imagine fighting all that way, all that time, getting to the bots home world, then getting left behind to fight for yourself. With nothing but rage and a defoliation tool.

the labored breathing of the Cyborg POV was a nice touch. Hes walking into a literal massacre of his comrades, synthetic or real be damned, his heartrate is up...

Everyone is pointing out that the Helldiver has mechanical limbs, showing he's not so different from the cyborg, but not enough people appreciate the reflection of the cyborg's eyes in his visor at the very end as the real cherry on top for that comparison. Stunning work here.

And thats why folks Integrated Explosives is a great armour passive!

The thing that makes this perfect is the little detail of the Cyborgs breathing becomes erratic when he sees the hulks entire face plate ripped off a couple of feet from its body

I love the "STOP, I want this one alive!" Override command stare.

The Cyborg yelling to keep him alive made this even scarier.
