"A bunch of oily-faced 70s B-grade actors try to prevent a shipment of Rush albums from falling into the hands of terrorists. Some little kid almost dies, too." Awesome description.

You know, they never did find the actual hippie who shoved in line at the candy counter.

This Movie was filmed thru thin coffee water.

The fact that a 9 year old has personalized stationery is more interesting than this movie.

"All the church would do is move him to another parish" Unexpectedly savage.

"there's a kid flying the plane"  Crow: "well shoot him down!" lol

I like how this is from someone’s vhs copy of the show! MST3K would be proud!

So being a mad scientist and making others suffer will give you a six pack.
I was going to work out but screw that.

"I wish this film was in color" 🤣

You know, I feel like the Urkel sketches really only work if you're someone like me that lived through the 90s and remembers how stupidly popular Urkel was.

An interesting piece of trivia:  this movie/pilot actually made it to series and survived an incredible six episodes.   Unfortunately for Pernell Roberts, he was replaced in the series with Lloyd Bridges whose characterization he would spoof ten years later in Airplane.

"Davy, I need to know where your dental records are…"

Actually, this is the pilot of a TV series which ran for six episodes before it was cancelled.  None of the actors in the pilot returned for the show, except for Clu Gulager.

"The front wheel feels mushy".  A line of dialogue I've remembered for nearly 40 years.

"You could cut the tension with a dull object."

So... with the movie itself.

That weird moment where you know Dr. Forrester could beat you in a fight.

I can see why Airplane had so much material to work with.

"Pernell, your hairpeace is hanging out the door"

16:34 "Just read Catcher in the Rye and deal with it!" Worst advice ever. Love it!

"The answer, my friend, is blow it out your ass"...! That's as good as MST3K gets right there. God, I love it.
