All we want is motor cars designed and built by ENGINEERS,
NOT ACCOUNTANTS......

A 1.2 in a 2-tonne vehicle is absolute madness.

It's sad to see cars getting worse after a long run of gradually getting better.

Most cars built in the last 10 years are not built to last. Dodgy timing chains, cheap bits of plastic where it shouldn't be, service intervals which were too long, unnecessary electrics and tech which can fail,  and too many complicated emissions systems which ruin reliability.

In the past old rusty cars with running engines were scrapped. Nowadays relatively new rust free cars with broken engines are scrapped.

Like a lot of things nowadays. Reduce the quality, increase the price.

All should be avoided until they start to build what the public wants, not what the government wants

The best motoring channel on YouTube by a country mile!

What about a video for a value for money, reliable simple family car; new & second hand.

Good shout for Mazda Grant. Simple naturally aspirated engine and a torque converter gearbox. I have had one for a number of years and not a single problem.

The more complex the car the more problems you will encounter

Wet belt on the OIL pump ? Madness .

Being a Range Rover mechanic must be the most stable career on the planet, Up there with coffin makers and undertakers, I owned my Hyundai Tuson from 2016, this car has never let me down, it's being serviced every year, I'm lucky with this one.

Sick of all these ridiculously plush techy cars. I just want a car that’s a bloody car not a sodding computer.

How on earth can ANYONE think a belt drive on an oil pump is a good idea?

With all the new tech on modern vehicles and tiny engines in huge SUVs it’s good to know the ones to avoid.

When a manufacturing carmaker releases an " analogue" version of whatever with the dimensions and load capacity of an old 1990's  Volvo estate . No keyless, no daft technology, just a big practical car with a key , 4 normal narrow tyres on steel wheels and isofix seats .
I will buy it .

When your engine is called the Ecoboom more than it's original name, you should know you've fucked up.

The more I watch your videos, the more a Skyactive G it is!

Not only is that Mazda 3 not a big, numb, silly SUV, it's also a stunningly good looking car.
