Pope Fights: demonetisation edition

For those of you who haven't picked up a bible in a minute, the irony to "St. Peter knowing what sex is" is that dude is literally mentioned in the gospels to have a mother in law and therefore at some point a wife. St. Peter is technically the only pope who was /supposed/ to know what sex was.

Pornocracy, when history accidentally clickbates itself hundreds of years before the internet.

"So if the Pornocracy as described wasn't even that bad, and likely didn't even happen, why did any of this stick?" Because the word "Pornocracy" such a beautiful use of language that it could never once leave the minds of any who heard it.

I had to read this title twice, certain Blue had committed the fatal error of an online typo.

To my delight, no. This is intentional and historically legit.

I fucking love this channel. 😂❤

Corpse Court ABSOLUTELY needs to become an OSP series, like Pope Fights. There are plenty of instances of it in European history, and I'm sure there was a hefty dose of meme-able shenanigans involved

Conclusion: One salty boi spiced up a transitional phase which had too many chefs in the kitchen, causing a few authority figures to get cooked.

This started with more necromancy than the title implied.

Honestly, this whole story about the Theophylacti Dynasty is giving me some serious writing inspiration

1:10 As someone who speaks German. "Hurenregiment" made me cackle lmao. That's quite the classy translation you chose there, Blue😂

Note for the curious: a more literal translation would be "rule of whores"
