1987, the year Larry Hama started saying I'm not putting that in my comic.

I am thinking Sneak Peak should be reimagined as a Drone operator in today's world whenever we get a classified figures of him

My WORMS got Top Side’s backpack (upside down) and became the Rocketeer.

I was the LUCKIEST kid in America.  My mom worked on the assembly line at Kenner Toys in Cincinnati.  Christmas 87' I got so many figures and vehicles that I couldn't eat.  I was full with toys.  I watched tv with my figures.  I went outside with my figures.  She really came through that year.

Crystal Ball, Mystic of the Dreadnoks, serving them the communion elements, grape soda and chocolate donuts.

I loved croc master, and I loved tunnel rat. Everyone knows the most useful things in an extremely tight space is a giant backpack and a sniper rifle.

Tunnel Rat is still one of my favorites!

87 was it for me when it came to buying G.I. Joes. Was heading into 8th grade and thought it was time to be an "adult".
Makes me teary eyed watching this. 😂

I’m just here for Chuckles

Crazy Legs is a WW2 era term for para troopers.

Big Boa was created as they wanted to feature Rocky Balboa as training the Joe's and he would be his nemesis. Stallone went with the Rambo cartoon so it never came to be.

It's funny the older I get the more I appreciate the weird and whacky Joe's, I love that Classified is releasing the later deep cuts

I had Outback as a kid. Was my favorite figure as a kid. I took him with me everywhere.  Feels so good to have him as an adult with his Classified

1987 I was a freshman in highschool and still played GI Joes.

Croc master in the snow vehicle is hilarious!

This ten year old loved it! But i do recall, many of those 87 figures went to the chop shop and their parts were used to fix older joes, that were injured in battle

My friend and I pretended our Battleforce 2000 Joe's were Space Marines from Aliens lol

Patiently waiting for Pythona since 1987.

I'm surprised Zanzibar's hair didn't get stuck to his flying air boat.Zanzibar  to me always looked like Dr mind bender but with hair.

1:30 I liked the weirdness of ‘87.  I always used Joes to create my own stories vs. something from the show or comics. They would often stand in for other franchises that didn’t get toys.
