Hockey tape, dead giveaway you're Canadian. I've been doing this for 40 years(retired) and learned something new today Enjoying your videos, good work

When making glue space in dowel you could just crimp with the jaws of a pliers which will leave groves for glue to sit in. Much safer than using Band Saw!

A more effective hold on the rail repair could be achieved by using electricians amalgamating tape. This is a stretchy rubber tape which sticks only to itself, making it easy and clean to remove.
Because it stretches it pulls the joint together better when it contracts.

Really interesting episode! My husband said that whenever he has to use epoxy putty he calls it "stuff 'n jam," 😂😂😂 because you stuff and jam it into the cracks.

A small radiator hose clamp would have made a good clamp for light colored piece

Bad repairs are a restorers nightmare, especially on a broken leg that has modern glue. Happy days.

The shading and blending to match those colors is mind blowing and the attention to detail is a enjoy to watch.

West sys has a suite of fillers/additives which I fully recommend. Also vinegar is a very good cleanup for uncured epoxy
