I need MORE!
cause you didn't even get to my favourite ones.
Fun fact, there have been fan animations made of Zach's shorts

Ahhhhh, one of my favorite Vtubers reacting to my favorite geeky short-form creator. Love to see it!

9:35 Hold up... I didn't know Zach had a Neon Odyssey 😲

for those who understand the trauma of this (or not)
Traumatize + Chandra, Pyromaster -7 skill (2014 copy of the card)+ the spell Copy ALL in the same turn

if you can recover from that... you have my hat tipped to you!

I was actually in theater with Zach in college. So awesome to see him succeed like this.

Fun choice Mae. Zack's pretty cool

The poor party facing all those druids and the soon to awaken undead village.

8:05 No they arent begging him, the sequence goes.
Party finds a cursed item
Party is a bit unsure of what to do with it
GM tells them it is cursed and that grabbing it is a bad idea.
Player 1 says he has an idea of how to deal with it and grabs said cursed item
GM looks to player 2 who clearly doesnt agree
Even after the GM has indicated that grabbing the item is a bad idea asks player 1 to confirm that that is indeed what the player wants to do
Player 1 confirms
GM sighs and rolls a die, player 1 dies from the cursed item and is handed a new character sheet
GM looks to player 2 and asks them what their plan is now, after some thought player 2 decides to also grab the cursed object even tho the last person to touch it just died in front of them
GM sighs and looks to Player 1 who now has a new character asking him what he is doing
Player 1 after thinking for a bit and even after having seen what happened to his old character, decides to grab the now clearly deadly cursed object.
GM facepalms at the sheer stupidity of his players decision.

Edit: made it a bit more coherent

The Deck of many things short is almost certainly a reference to Jujutsu Kaisen

27:43 I’m with the dm on this one. The players purposefully manipulated the dm to give into their wants while the dm was busy or otherwise occupied with combat turns or details. They want to derail the campaign bc “king go boom is funny”, thus making the dm have to restructure the campaign to work around their joke. This puts more stress on the dm for preparation AND most likely creates a less fun experience for the dm running the game. Turn about is fair play imo, and I think the dm should prep for a tpk that next session

You should definitely react to his longer videos, his Corners series is great

Yesss zach the bold

i don't know if they are related, but i can't help but imagine the short from 25:38 should be followed by the short from 21:56 because just imagine: the dm learns about the player's bomb plan, is trying to send the player signals not to do it while giving the king's monologue(whether its evil or not is irrelevant), and then the player says those few words. it would be a cinematic masterpiece

I love finally someone reacted to Zach's shorts, can I ask to do more? There are more clips that I love that you haven't seen yet from him XDDD

10:24 it's so relatable

You have such a great laugh lol

OOOOH has she watched his "Corners" series yet (the one where the guys play the convoluted modules)??

The deck of many things is so cursed. Its so neat but so so very easy to just completely destroy everything. My very first dnd campaign for more or less destroyed because of a similar item that was magic beans instead. Our most innocent player planted a magic bean, and a massive pyramid destroyed half the city we were in and spawned undead, and a lich.

As soon as I heard the garbunk railroad I immediately was hoping they didn't have the deck of many things because that thing railroads more campaigns then it helps. It's almost universally blacklist by DMs for that reason. It is literally playing Russian roulette with a hydrogen bomb

28:12 he can ruin their plans now that he knows. A nameless guard finds a hidden passageway, calls their fellow guards. Enters passage and finds the setup. Immediately dismantles it
