"Nobody's arguing she didn't do it.  Not even her lawyer."

That one didn't age quite so well....

The trial as a whole went sailing off the rails including juror doxxing, jurors saying they’re came in trying to be activists, and now her attorney saying there’s no evidence she did it.

“Leos don’t kill…” Mussolini was a Leo. Astrology is absolute BS.

I pray for your sanity cha cha my heart breaks everytime I hear about this story

13:52 She had tons of support. She had a at home husband, her family, a sitter and more. She was in a better position then most women going through postpartum.

Didn't know ChaCha had it in her to react to this one, I am not a dad and this story was rough for me.

“Stop thinking of these kids as people”

No… no, I don’t think I will

13:43 that’s what Zaikiai said when she reacted to this video. She’s a Vtuber studying in the medical field and she said that Labor And Delivery Nurses go through so much training to care and love babies. Which makes this whole case that much crazier.

"Stop thinking of these kids as people..."

That makes you guilty of property damage, and that might be harder to plead insanity

My first born son was almost drowned by his mother and was only saved by his uncle kicking down the bathroom door and ripping him from her grasp. After being told this I immediately got a lawyer and filed an emergency custody order. Now she's not allowed near him and luckily left the state with no further contact. It took years for my son to not have an absolute meltdown every time he needed to take a bath as well as many other behavioral issues I had to help him work through with many therapy visits. Luckily he's doing much better now and I have found an angel of a woman that treats him like her own, he even calls her mom now. 😊

She shopped around for doctors, probably knowing and recommending meds for herself, knew to get Patrick to the CVS and to have him get pre ordered food farther away to give her enough time. She then got the kids 1 by 1 downstairs to end them in separate rooms not to panic the others and started with the strongest first

This had been planned for a while in full intention to go for the insanity plea, this wasn't psychosis. I would go so far as to say the trip to the looney bin was part of the plan.

I used to believe no such thing as True Evil existed and being mature was believing it was all about your perspective. Growing up is learning it does.

And this is part of the reason why I have given up social media. It’s just so discouraging as a species to see how out there some people can be.

Patrick revealed in 60 Minutes that she never once apologized or said she regretted it to him or anyone.
He also revealed his youngest survived the ordeal for 4 days. Later died in Patricks arms.

ChaCha reacting to THIS ShoeOnHead video... Oh this is gonna be interesting.

For everyone saying the husband did it:  they are going to be sued into the fking dirt.  It's going to be glorious.  It's a clearcut case of defamation.

What's the diagnosis for postpartum depression again?  A quick look at the DSM 5 says it's third trimester through one month after birth, not months or years after your kids are born.

Along with it being disgustingly inhumane, the museum analogy infuriates me because I am an epileptic and we are criminally liable for any damage and/or harm we cause during a seizure.
As we SHOULD be.
It’s nobody else’s responsibility to keep us away from dangerous/harmful situations, it is ours.

Keep in mind that if Lindsey Cancy looked remotely like Sydney Sweeny, she wouldn't even have 1/10th of the support from women.

None of the Medication Lindsey was "Taking" In her system were at therapeutic levels and would not have effected her ability to make decisions which was her defenses argument. She planned the killing of her 3 little ones and the first thing she said when she came out of her coma was asking for a lawyer
