Vinyl Scratch started as nothing more than a nameless background pony with no dialogue, no personality, and no story. Yet somehow, she became one of the biggest icons in the My Little Pony fandom.

In this documentary, we explore Vinyl Scratch's incredible journey—from her mysterious origins and fan-given name to the personality, voice, ships, memes, and legacy that the MLP community created around her. This is the story of how a fandom turned a background character into a legend.

Vinyl with the way she looked, and her way with dubstep during the early 2010’s when that was all the rage? Yeah she definitely was gonna pop off. Still adore her to this day after 14 years later, especially her with Octavia.

She has also inspired a lot of artists online from what I can see many were influenced to draw their characters in Vinyl style and look ! It's really amazing!

Her case of her voice reninds me to Surge the tenrec fan's voice case then many people loves it.

MLP had so many interesting characters with literally zero content around them lol. That's why fanfics of these characters are so popular, it lets people's minds go wild as there's no "well this character wouldn't act like this" or "they already did this...". There are enough Vinyl and Octavia fanfics to fill a library (or at least a few shelves lol)
