the big difference is Carlos was always a side character, and only showed up like, once. Leon has shown up repeatedly in leading roles. He's had more time to shine, and more chances to win fans over.

25:19 no no, all the VA's for the original games were professional voice actors. The issue was they had all been in Japan for like a decade and the script writer for the english lines wasn't good so the lines and delivery all came out pretty stilted.

By the time they got around to 3/Code Veronica they had sorted that out and went for deliberately goofy and stereotypes.

The TL;DR of Krauser is basically he was really jealous of Leon being younger, stronger, and still having a good heart despite everything happening, and then his arm got so fucked up in the South America Mission he wound up getting discharged. Then Wesker told him "Not only can I fix you, I can make you even stronger." And Krauser signed up and committed a whole lot of treason.

2:10 She's telling the truth. Netflix started out as a DVD renting service via mail.

1:21:07 to be fair, with 4, 5, & 6, these aren’t zombies. Let’s make that clear, these are not zombies. They’re essentially meat suits piloted by a parasite that assimilates the host’s memories and knowledge. It just so happens that these are the unfortunate people chosen to be the meat suits.

57:33 Look at Carlos' OG design and then you know why.

The Wesker project started with 300 kidnapped children. Over the years that number was brought down to 24. By 1998 the last twelve were injected with the proto-type virus with only two surviving, Albert and Alex. Spencer never informed Albert about Alex's survival.

1:15:41 actually he had the bad ending in the good ending she lives

THE DYNAMIC DUO IS BACK!

The basic gist of Resident Evil can be understood in one question:  what happens when humanity gains the power to engineer life itself into a weapon, and then loses control of it?

2:02:34 No, both of the Revelations games were originally episodic. And in Revelations 2, each episode contained a Claire/Moira segment and a Barry/Natalia segment. The Moira decision episode was near the end, so you got plenty of time to play both groups and advance the story.

50:50 thats wrong, the trauma of what happened led her to repressing the memory
also, she is not THE protag
she is one of several, all who canonically survived.

1:10:15 she does in fact tell Leon why she’s in Raccoon City. The reasoning behind him being able to call Chris now is because he has US government connections to find out where he’s at due to them being the only thing Umbrella couldn’t get into, and Umbrella still keeping tabs on Chris, which then let Claire know his locale, but then she got captured before they can meet up. The only reason that’s all he’s able to do is cause he’s still considered a captive of the military.

Nemesis is a special form of bioweapon, one of the most effective and stable Umbrella made early on. Essentially the T-Virus revitalize cells, but makes the host stupid, ravenous, a typical zombie. The Nemesis was a specially designed Tyrant, infected with the T-Virus with a sculpted musculature and additional orgs, and then given additional command and control through slaving the creature to a parasite (NE-a) that gave it self-determination, goals and orders, and focus.

He is following the remake story lines; the original story is much longer and more in depth. For example, in Resident Evil 3 on the first release Nemesis has 9 forms, it continues to mutate as it takes more and more damage over the course of the story.

1:00:05 - I dunno, I don't think Jill (the cop) and Carlos & Tyrell (the mercenaries) are in much of a position to study and synthesize a vaccine in the field. Maybe that's just me, though.

55:15 he was quite literally being stalked. Umbrella kept tabs on all the survivors of the mansion and was either finding ways to black mail them or “remove” them. I’m sure he didn’t contact for her safety. Cause he disappeared with Barry and Jill after the events of RC

that intro is a line in resident evil that will NEVER leave my mind "Terr doesn't have to end with rist"  FANTASTIC BRILLIANT FUCKING BEAUTIFUL

1:15:00 Remember: Most of the world doesn't know Soul Edge is evil if they've even heard of it at all. If they have, they've probably only heard about "the hero's sword' wielded by a great king in the long forgotten past (Algol) who did use it for good because he really was, legitimately, just built different.

Oh hey, Cerby’s back! Antywho, Xero ain’t wrong. There’s a reason we in the Resident Evil community call him Paul “I married my own OC” Anderson. Cause that’s basically what he did. Especially since they first met each other on one of them movies.😂😂

For the record, Ada makes ot very clear in her own files that she only keeps Leon alive because his skills and luck are borderline supernatural. The shippers like to ignore that.
