Finally someone reacts to Elder Scrolls stuff.

A NEW HAND TOUCHES THE BEACON

If you're getting into elder scrolls lore, id also recommend fudgemuppet, theepicnate, drewmora, and camelworks (rip to the legend). Between them you can get a decent bit of both canonand theoretical stuff down fairly well.

We achieving chim with this one boys

I was so hyperfixated on Elder Scrolls lore that I studied it like it was real world history. It's so good

24:50 Dagoth definitely is trustworthy and would never spike the skooma at the party

IMPERIAL KNOWLEDGE MENTIONED

Its so nice seeing people react to Elder Scrolls Lore.

I like how orcs in the Elder Scrolls were originally generic rpg mooks and mobs who live in random dungeons and strongholds.  But now they're just a kind of people. Now they still live in dungeons and strongholds but you're not supposed to go in there and dungeon craw like in every other RPG as that's just literally their house dude. They live there.

Ah, Stim is finally going down the Elder Scrolls lore rabbit hole. I hope she brought something to snack on, because she’s going to be here for a while.

Wait till Stim finds out Alessia's consort was a literal minotaur...had a kid too.

My favorite bit of ES lore is that stars aren't stars but holes in reality.

I watch Imperial Knowledge almost daily, his vids are so informative

Come Stim, friend or traitor, come. Come and look upon the Stream and GlitchStars, and bring the Stimpeasants, I have need of Them.

Fun fact Stim: not only did they hire Patrick Stewart (Jean Luc Picard) to be Emperor Uriel Septim VII, they also hired Liam Neeson to be your dad in Fallout 3.

As in the main character of the Taken films and the new Naked Gun movie. Or Qui-gon Jinn if you’re a Star Wars fan.

Stim trying to explain the Elder Scrolls lore reminds me of the Charlie Day Always Sunny meme. "I'm Not Crazy You're Crazy, My Grandpappy Was There When It Happened Damnit!"

It was a bit wrong about the original dragon rule in Atmora before they came to Skyrim, They worshipped the dragons and the dragons weren't that interested in ruling. So they appointed some loyal humans as their dragon priests, those priests collected tributes and laid down laws along with the kings to ensure peace between the two races. However, when they came to Skyrim (due to unknown reasons) relations soured extraordinarily. Its unknown if its due to a specific priest, dragon, or Nord king that caused such a thing to happen. But prior to when Nords left Atmora, relations were fairly amical, its even theorized that dragons helped fight the snow elves in revenge for the night of tears where everyone in Saarthal were slaughtered. As for how the Nords beat the dragons, there was a lot that happened including Miraak making a powerplay to split away from the dragon cult, requiring the presumed head dragon priest Vahlok to come to fight him. The battle was crazy enough that they split the continent and created the island of Solstheim. So the cult was divided and weak by the time the rebellion happened. (If I got any lore wrong please correct me so I can get it right :D)

47:40 the thalmor basically took power by virute of everyone more competent than them getting killed during the oblivion crisis, also they took the credit for what martins sacrifice archvied by claiming to have ended the crisis

Tiber Septim: Makes a deal with the tribunal and is given the Numidium which nobody has ever managed to activate

Tiber Septim: I know what’s wrong with it. Ain’t got no gas in it

26:35 one thing he forgets to mention is that Allesia's Slave Rebellion was a continuation of the Aylied Civil war that occourd a few years prior between the good Aedria-worshipping Aylied Elves and the evil Daedra-worshipping Aylied Elves, with the Daedra aligned elves winning and putting the Half-elf half-daedric lord Umaril "The Unfethered" as High King and killing the last legitimed High King who was an Aedra supporter, the surviving Aedric lords and their army went into hiding and laid low for a while until Alessia begun her Rebellion and the Aylied Aedric supporters joined her, which is how she was able to get her rebellion of the ground. Eventually, with the help of The Aedric Aylieds Lords, The Nordic Empire, Morahaus "the Man-Bull" and Pelinal "The Star-Made Knight" Whitestrake, The Rebellion deafeted the Daedra supporters with Pelinal himself slaying High King Umaril himself in combat at Pelinal's own expense, leading to his own demise!
