Get your hormones, vitamin and minerals back in good range. That really help my hair grow back.

Rosemary definitely has helped with growth in my hair

Thank you for making reference to your age, Hollie. It adds helpful context and, in my opinion, makes content more grounded and relatable. (Too many YouTubers covering the health/beauty/fitness segment omit to mention their age.)

Thank you for this video. I will give these tips a try because I am really thinning on top of my head. I am 65 years old and I am not ready to look like my grandmother.

I had thinning hair, especially in the front. My mother had the same thing. I now use aloe vera shampoo. My mom used to put some gel from the plant in her shampoo bottle. What has really helped me a lot is rosemary after I shower. I boil the rosemary herb as if making it for a tea. When it cools down, I pour it into a spray bottle and I spray my scalp before I get out of the shower or reach for my towel. I have heard that adding cloves to the tea helps as well. I haven't done that, the rosemary alone has worked really well so far. I use argan oil and coconut oil on the ends of my hair after I brush out my hair, use it only on the ends.
