Hey everyone :) Do you think it's worth checking out the whole live performance in a livestream at some point? Can do, just checking in if people would be keen (it'd be the same analysis format, just the whole performance including this song). Let me know, and either way, have a good day 👍

I am completely in love with these two lunatics.

The musicianship is extra-terrestrial level.

I am absolutely enamored by this two person band.

So unique. Both in sound and look...

Their use of technology without letting the equipment stifle creativity...

And they can both play. They are excellent musicians...

I love everything about "Angine de Pointrine".

They're from Quebec, Sarniezz is, like most of their songs, a French-Canadian saying either jumbled up or written in a phonetical way. It means "ça re-niaise" which translates to "joking/fooling again".
Other examples:
Sherpa: j'sais pas (I don't know)
Sahardnieh: sardine
Tohgod: hotdog
Mata Zyklek: motocyclette (motorcycle)
Etc...

From the planet Québec in the dimension of the Saguenay.

This is addictive, incredible looping skills/arrangement. 👏👏👏👏

The guys are from Quebec, but the characters are 2 aliens from another planet, and they speak their own alien language, including the title of their songs

@raatroc 6 months ago

Assuling they are from France just because their name sounds French ... there are 29 countries where they speak officially Franch ... these guys are from Quebec!

I tried but failed playing this, the riffs and that musicianship is simply jaw dropping.

If you haven't already, be sure to check out the full KEXP performance. I love everything about these guys but Sherpa, in particular, rips.

Excellent analysis ( and I’ve seen more than a few about this band)

You have to listen to the album "volume 1" with headphones and eyes closed! It's a masterpiece. Soooo fun to watch but better when you just listen! Great day, long life to your channel and to Angine de poitrine! ❤🎵🎶
