The more City try to defend themselves, the more guilty they sound. If they have any sense they will shut up, plead for mercy, and take their medicine. They've embarassed and brought shame on themselves, their club, and their fans.

It doesnt matter where the money came from. They cheated. They had a substantial financial advantage over the other clubs, which is precisely what the FFP rules tried to avoid.

Definitely kicked out, it's like a wife catching her husband cheating, then the husband says it's not cheating, it's friends with benefits, the sooner that club disappears the better in my opinion, not to mention we haven't got the 2018-2026 charges yet, is that another 115 charges????

They are not entitled to an appeal. Appeals in the PL do not work the same way appeals work in the criminal court system. They need a specific reason like "this document you relied on factually isn't true, here's the proof".

but that's the same argument they made with their evidence that led to this report in the first place. There is no appeal for "i don't like it, i don't think it's fair in general, do it again". That's factually not a reason for an appeal in this situation.

How are the mighty fallen. Pep was a miracle-worker at every club he graced with his presence, supposedly the greatest manager of all time - Man City was a part of that - and now look at him. His reputation is, if not in tatters, at least tarnished . . .
