Band-Maid is the group that keeps on giving! We have dipped our toes in both their live and studio music and we wanted to bring it all the way back to (apparently) the beginning! Their FIRST MV has that classic garage band feeling while also looking super professional. Seeing their sound here and comparing it to how it is now is really rad to see. We are also very excited for the upcoming Band-Maid Adventure we have coming up! What other songs would you consider to be ESSENTIAL listens? Let us know in the comments!

Seeing them for the 7th time at the 4000 seat Wiltern Theater in LA on October 12th. Two of those times were in Japan. Band-Maid is taking a hiatus from touring for all of 2027. Nothing else changes and it is ostensibly to prepare for the 15th anniversary world tour in 2028 which will be massive. Except for the covid years which threw everyone off kilter for a couple of years the band toured the US almost every year. After LA two shows remain in the western hemisphere. Phoenix and Mexico City. The grand finale is back to back shows at Budokan and then the year long hiatus. Sacramento loves Band-Maid ❤️.

Post Covid, Band-Maid has toured the US in 2022, 2023 and now in 2026.

In 2016, after releasing their first video, THRILL, their management had decided to pull the plug on the whole project, until one morning they discovered tens of thousands of new views took place overnight, due to a fan post on a Facebook anime group. This revitalized the band’s career, and in 2020, they were scheduled to play their biggest show yet, at BUDOKAN, when the Pandemic shut everything down. Yet, they carried on, using the internet to stay in touch with old fans and to find many new fans, worldwide.
Finally, this November, BAND-MAID will play at BUDOKAN, for not one, but TWO nights. I’ve got my ticket.

Freedom, Domination, Choose Me. Get those in before the show. (I don’t know what you’ve seen already). Atlanta October 7 will be my ninth show. Don’t invite your friends, they already have tickets and will be waiting there for you. Enjoy brothers!

This MV was my first introduction to the maids 5 years ago, and I haven't stopped listening to them since. Got to see them live for the first time a few months back, just an incredible show.

Congrats on the Band-Maid Tickets! Y'all will not be disappointed. They are still the best rock concert I've seen in the last three decades. When it comes to merch, they have some amazing-looking T-shirts. They have a great classic rock feel.

I hear the Rob Zombie reference, though it never occurred to me before. I think the counterpoint to "Thrill" is "I Still Seek Revenge" (in which Misa is relentless).

Back when I was running regularly, if I was unmotivated and this song came on, I'd get rejuvenated.

The best hard rock band today.

This is the song that saved Band Maid from management pulling the plug. It was uploaded to YouTube and it lit the fuse for their fame.

You lucky bastards! You are about to experience the Greatest Proper Rock and Roll band of the 21st Century. Blow a kiss to MISA and Miku and Akane and Saiki and Kanami!
