Well, if you’ve watched the video, you’ll realize that I’m an idiot and forgot that I had recorded two back to back. 😅That’s what happens when fatigue sets in. I hope you enjoyed a little “behind the scenes” action.

Kanami's guitar is a Paul Reed Smith (PRS) Custom 24-08.

In Japan there is a subculture of shut-ins. They never venture out to experience life. Fear and mistrust rule their days. Dice is Band Maid's way of saying  "roll the dice, take a chance on life".Affirming and positive as always. The ginkgo leaves you see in the video are a message of longevity, resilience, and hope.

About Miku's guitar. There is a video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q2BGwslBR0Q , of her touring Zemaitis and at approx. the 19 minute time you can see what they do to make the guitar she plays in this video. It's subtitled.

Rhythm guitar is a Zemaitis guitar.

3 suggestions, 1. Don't you tell me, both live MV and MV, it is their best MV imo, fun to watch. 2. Choose Me MV 3. Blooming MV

78 and a family full of anime nuts.  i have their 6 vinyl records and 2 BD concerts.  These kids are so good.

Yup, we weren’t lying when we said they are remarkable. 😂 Check out the OMV of the song “Influencer” to hear them push the boundaries in some new ways rhythmically from these older, more straight ahead rock songs. They are always growing as musicians, composers, arrangers and performers. They are the real deal that only come around every generation or so.

Kobato's guitar in the Dice video; Zemaitis CS24PF Ring.
Heavy weight and cost a fortune.

Thanks for the bonus reaction to Domination at the end !

Berry...may I suggest Band Maid "manners / blackhole " live...thanks 👍

"Domination" live , for a while, was a go to 'intro to Band Maid' song. Until other songs, like "Hate?" live, were released. Both "Dice" and "Domination" are from their 5th album, World Domination(2018).

(Suggest addition "Domination" (Live) to your video title)

Zemaitis was originally manufactured in the UK. A Japanese firm bought them out. Misa the bassist plays Black Cloud, another Japanese manufacturer. Akane plays Tama drums , also Japanese. And Mincho on the PRS.

BAND-MAID sounds like BAND-MAID

Some years back Justin Hawkins of The Darkness did a reaction to this song.
He found out it was a blend of AC/DC - Thunderstruck and GnR - You could be mine, so they are heavily rooted in Hard Rock.
Quite funny reaction!

The guitarist with the PRS got her signature model by Paul Reed Smith himself in Japan. PRS Japan had an interview with Kanami and Dany since they are both PRS artists. when the Warning went to Japan for a Band Maid collab and some concerts.

Barry the audio for domination has always been broken good on u to do the live , n ur maidiac now , welcome home po!

The music video for “Forbidden Tale” is one of my favorites.  It tells a story and shows off their talents!!

Great reaction and Band-Maid's "DICE" is the siren call of rock, once you hear it you're captured for life and just can't get away. It's the song that lead a lot of fans to binge all their YT videos. The extra song, Domination Live, is the best version of Domination.  This is another great song from Band-Maid. Thanks for continuing to react to Band-Maid.  And you're right, no need to know what's the singer, Saiki, is actually saying, it's just another great instrument in the band.

The queens of hardrock and the queens of metal. The best bands on the planet🎀🐺🤝
