You cannot compare these two. Joe would be one of Dexter's targets, and because Joe would be too caught up in his own bs with whatever love interest he's into he wouldn't see Dexter coming at all. The only possible way he would see Dexter as a threat is if Dexter posed any threat to Joe's current obsession 😂 but Dexter doesn't give AF about anything other than following the code and killing 😂
