"Does she like cats?" Such an innocent question but had me dying for some reason. 😂 No, she doesn’t like cats, she LOVES them. ❤

She directed this specific videos (in the following order): "The Man", "Cardigan", "Willow", "All Too Well", "Anti-Hero", "Bejeweled", and "Lavender Haze"

this video is basically about her insecurities, depression and how it affects her, she said that, to be in peace with yourself, you also have to make peace with the parts of yourself that you dislike and wished didn’t existed, accept them and accept yourself. that’s why at the end the 3 taylors are hanging out by themselves, they love each other with their flaws and insecurities.

she explained her bleeding “space”glitter and seeing it everywhere, symbolizes how she struggles with derealization, which is not feel like a real person or anything around you is real. the ghosts in the room are literal ghosts of past decisions, past relationships or people in general.

the bathroom scene is about her eating disorder, she spent most of her life struggling heavily with it, starving herself at the point that she felt she was about to pass out in the middle of a show.

Her in the room full of people smaller than her, and a guy shooting at her out of nowhere symbolizes how can’t hang out like a normal person would, because of how huge she is and is followed/stalked constantly.

she does has cats, has 3 and the one old taylor is holding in the painting is one of them ! her cats names are meredith, olivia and benjamin (not that you need tht information but now you have it lol)

she’s been directing her music videos for several years now, but i also recommend watching the ones she didn’t directed, since the concepts were still thought and planned by her !

Taylor says that her friends from when she was younger are very uncomfortable around her now that she is famous - hence the "too big to hang out" line and her appearance as a giant.  The reason she was shot by the arrow is a tribute to her song "The Archer", which is also a reference to her astrological sign (she is a Sagittarius).

One thing about Taylor Swift. She knows how to not take herself seriously. The video is supposed to lighten up the dark and very serious tone of the song cause the song is talking about all her insecurities as a person.

I hadn’t noticed the mockumentary effect on the filming before! It makes so much sense. Her every move is watched by millions.

She directs most of her music videos! Great reaction, highly suggest All Too Well short film ☺️

Originally the scene with the scale showed it stopping on the word fat. People were offended and they Re edited the video. I wish they didn’t. She has talked about having an eating disorder in the past and this video shows all of her nightmares/ midnight thoughts and that’s clearly something that keeps her up at night

For me, this is Taylor at her most honest and vulnerable. I’m the same age as Taylor, and so her music has always hit me deeply. All those negative, intrusive, and self doubts that invade yourself over everything you do. Never being good enough to fit in and then wondering what sort of legacy you will leave behind? For Taylor, I think it also has the weight of her fame and start them. She is so famous and big right now, when she’s gone will there be anyone who actually Morance her or are they all there for material things like her children?

The song in particular of hers hit really hard for me. Full on crying when I heard it. I never felt more seen. The chorus of it’s me, I’m the problem it’s me. What it meant to me was a reflection of those self doubts and that and negative judgments that you are worthless and that you are the problem in your life and the situation see you go through. That you are always the problem, the reason things go wrong. “ at teatime, everybody agrees” is the feeling that everyone is gossiping about you and talking badly.

It is purple glitter, it is an easter egg, and in this case, it is literally an egg.  Taylor puts easter eggs (clues) as to something coming up, in this case, the purple glitter that shows up 3 times these easter eggs represent her 3rd album Speak Now re-record is coming next.  Taylor is having to re-record her first 6 albums to reclaim them after they got sold out from under her, and she is not re-recording them in order.  Taylor just announced (while in Tenn on tour) that Speak Now Taylor's Version is coming out July 7th and will have 6 vault songs added which were songs that didn't make it on the albums.  One more thing, Speak Now original album she wears a glittery purple dress on the cover.

in my opinion anti hero, out of the woods, delicate, blank space and everything has changed have the best music videos. It genuinely feels like you're watching a short film. I love her work☺

Taylor Swift has always had a good sense of humor about herself.

I’m a new Taylor Swift fan - and agree with your reaction. Additionally, I never realized how flipping talented she was, never understood how she gained such a huge fanbase, and rolled my eyes a lot when her songs would blast (I think I was lowkey jealous). Then I heard this song (Anti-Hero)…and listened to it over and over because I was going through an “I’m the problem” moment in my career. Then I started listening to her other songs and then you know Youtube suggesting - her talk show appearances and interviews and was like, “I get it now!” Ha - I’m more of a heavy metal fan. Never thought I would turn into a “swiftie”. PS - she does LOVE cats.

13 is her Lucky Number

Yes, Taylor loves cats, she has 3 cats.  Also at the beginning, that was not a braid, it was a ponytail.  And yes Taylor has been directing her music videos for quite a while.  I recommend reacting to "The Man" MV from Taylor's Lover album I enjoyed your reaction very much.

taylor said in an interview the glitter as blood, vomit etc is to show shes abnormal bc that's how she feels/felt in the past.

If you are interested in more of her works, she directed her music videos for all too well: the short film, where they used an arri arriflex 235 and Panavision MXL...  and cardigan and willow as the continuation of cardigan MV 😊

Lol 😂 ‘does she even like cats?’

The purple thing is an Easter egg for upcoming recording of her next album.

Yes, she likes her cats. She is expressing her fight with eating issues, fear of having a family, and I always think of this song is that she is signing to her fans. Her humor is slightly what we call off with a twinge of dry. Hope this helps.
