I have tried many of your recipes and they have all been fantastic. This one completely blew me away as I was really surprised by the depth of flavours and the tenderness of the meat. This is yet another recipe added to my ever growing list of game recipes from you Scott.

Nice one Scott, Always look you up when needing to cook anything gamy. You explain it really well in a down to earth manner. I agree with some comments on here you should be on a TV program.Keep going buddy.

We've been eating this regularly since I first saw your video Scott and it is absolutely delicious. We use ceps in place of cultivated mushrooms but otherwise follow the recipe exactly as you demonstrate it and it never fails. Cheers!
